Green Mountain Contractors recently completed installation of a TPO roof, replacing 23 – year old, tar and gravel. I received cost estimates from four companies after discussing different roof types with individual representatives and settling on TPO. Green Mountain’s representative and construction supervisor, Almonzo, was the most informative and detailed about various roof types, pros and cons, and costs. The cost estimate that I received from Green Mountain was by far the most complete and detailed. After revisions with input from the company president, Zach, and immediate delivery through Jolene, we settled on a very competitive price, especially for Santa Fe. Communications were superb with details and staging, daily updates, changing weather, interfacing with various contractors, and follow-up after completion. The crew was amazing, working hard and cleaning up each day. I would use their services again.

We have had Green Mountain Constructorso replace one TPA roof, do maintainence on a TPA roof at another property, as well as some interior rain damage repair and external stucco cleaning and crack repair. We have been pleased with all! The estimate were reasonable and not subject to changes. Best of all, Green Mountain has superb customer service. Almanzo, the Lead Project Manager, responded to calls or texts promptly, or called to inform us of weather or other necessary delays. The work was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. Clean-up was exceptional and above expectations. Green Mountain Contractors earned 5+ stars from us. We will be contacting them if their services are needed.

We were under the gun to get the roof replaced. Jolene was very helpful and Almanzo and the workers were prompt both days and worked very hard, no slacking!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR ROOF INSTALL. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THEY QUOTED ME A 26 GAUGE ROOF AND INSTALLED A CHEAPER 29 GAUGE. ROOF WAS POPPING LIKE POPCORN. WHEN I DISCOVERED IT WAS THE WRONG METAL, AFTER CALLING THE COMPANY THAT THEY PURCHASED THE METAL FROM AND FOUND THAT THEY HAD INSTALLED THE CHEAPER GUAGE. THEY THEN RE-INSTALLED THE ROOF WITH THE CORRECT GAUGE. THEY SENT A WORKER THAT TOOK A WHOLE WEEK TO INSTALL IT. I HAD THE CITY RE-INSPECT. SCREWS WERE OVERDRIVEN. ZAK, THE OWNER ACTED LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT. HE SENT THE SAME GUY THAT HAD OVERDRIVEN THE SCREWS TO CORRECT THEM. IT TOOK THE GUY ONE 8 HOUR DAY TO FIX THEM AND THEN HE HAD TO RETURN AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 6 HOURS. THIS HAS BEEN A TOTAL HEADACHE TO SAY THE LEAST.. THERE MANAGER FOR THIS PROJECT NEVER ACTUALLY LOOKED AT WHAT KIND OF JOB THE ROOFERS WERE DOING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR HIRE GREEN MOUNTAIN CONTRACTORS.

I have needed to replace my flat roof for some time. After researching several companies, I decided to go with Green Mountain Contractors. I have been extremely pleased with the roof - went with a TPO membrane. Coordinated installation with a cooler replacement. Both companies worked great together. The job, communication, and follow-up have been timely, professional, and helpful. Would recommend this service.

Talk about excellent service! It's been raining (thankfully) the past several days and I discovered a leak above one of the windows I'd had replaced by another company about a year ago. Green Mountain was a little skeptical it was a roof leak, but regardless came out within 45 minutes on a Monday morning in the rain and recaulked the window for me, which of course they weren't obligated to do. Besides this, they've come out promptly the past two years for a free annual inspection. They're always personable and prompt and clearly stand behind their work. Did I also mention their quote was the best I'd received? As a relatively new homeowner I've made plenty of mistakes, but hiring them was uncharacteristically smart. And as I'm writing this the owner just called to confirm I was satisfied. I just have a townhouse and they're treating me like I have a Foothills mansion!

Green Mountain Contractors was one of seven proposals we entertained. They were kind of in the middle of all estimates, but Almanzo and Zach were by far the most professional. We got their referral from a friend and ironically our original house inspector 13 years ago⠦.he had Green Mountain re-do his roof about 2 years ago and was most impressed with their materials and overall quality. So, we included them in our quotations. We chose their TritoFlex with Sherwin Williams elastomaric acrylic top coating. The process took a total of five days, and was totally painless⠦⠦Danial, Juan & Jimmy arrived and left on time every day, were most neat and courteous, and did absolutely superb work; they are real professionals. The roof now looks great and we feel for the first time in 13 years like we can truly forget about any roof issues. This was a most rewarding experience, from estimate-to-final quotation-warranty explanation/provided-to-installation-to-completion-to-payment. We are extremely impressed with Zach, Almanzo, Danial, Juan, Jimmy and Green Mountain Contractors.

It’s five stars all the way for Green Mountain Contractors! They recently replaced my old spray foam roof with a new TPO roof and they did a great job. There were a number of ways I could go with my roof, and Zach was very helpful in sorting out the options. I had many questions and he was very patient in answering them all! The Green Mountain crew that did the work was amazing. They worked incredibly long and hard every day, and they got the job done much quicker than I expected. They also did a great job cleaning things up at the end of each day and at the end of the job, which was no small task since they had to remove two old roofs. Almanzo oversees the jobs in progress, and he came by every day to see how things were going and to give me an update. Green Mountain has a great team of professionals and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

Zach responded to my inquiry for roof replacement quickly. He surveyed the existing roof and we discussed several options he could provide. After my questions and concerns were discussed , We decided on details. Got the estimate quickly,, and they started in a couple of days. Great crew, work ethic and communication. Going to line them up for stucco in the spring!

Green Mountain worked closely with me to put a new roof on Papa's house. I live in Oregon and Papa is in New Mexico. Green Mountain set pictures of daily progress as well as any problems they found when tearing off the old roof. Great guys and a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Green Mountain Contractors as an excellent company offering a great product. Upgraded my 15 year old modified bituminous flat roof with a TritoFlex hail and puncture resistant coating and a white silicone top coating with a 20 year warranty on product and workmanship. Green Mountain started the job right away with a thorough power washing and repairs to the original roof, followed with the application of the coatings and replaced my two skylights. Worked around my solar panels so I did not have to remove and reinstall them. With a comparable price, the TritoFlex product is much better than the TPO roofing others were offering. Owner gave me bid and oversaw quality control as well as kept me informed throughout the job. The crew was diligent and worked was completed in an efficient and timely manner. I can’t say enough good things… very professional!

Supervisor Almanzo and his crew did a really nice job for us....the roof looks good, the area was cleaned up daily, they did the new membrane roof in 2 working days.......the price was the best in town. If you need a roof this is the contractor i would recommend........probably will have them come back later and replace all our skylights. cant say enough about these folks easy to work with, honest, prompt service good communication with the customer thru out the process. No issues!

Everyone with this company did a great job !! Almanzo was always attentive and informative. The workers were on time, efficient and polite. They cleaned up as they went along so the project was complete on time with very little mess. The lady at the office went out of her way to get a question answered for me. Very good company to work with. I will call them again when I have a home improvement project.

Green Mountain was absolutely a dream to work with. They helped me through the process with my insurance, which made everything go so much more smoothly. I really appreciated that they brought all their contractor information including their license and bonding number when they came to give the estimate. The work is good, and they even managed to get it done ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise.

Prompt, detailed information from man making bid, cleaned up afterwards. Nice people.
