The cleaners were not experienced in cleaning a new home. My newly painted walls had to be repainted of unsightly circular marks. There is a chunk of polyurethane missing in the middle of my dining room as if they scraped the floor along with scratches on my newly polyed floor of one month. A closet was not clean, the kitchen not fully cleaned, the refrigerator untouched. My bathtub had shoe prints in it. My new toilet seat cover scratched. In short, their cleaning destroyed of my apartment. I searched for post construction cleaning and ended up very upset with the results and the stress of cleaning on the next day on moving day.

"We returned to the apartment a number of times, the contractor that did the construction in this aprtment worked in a very sloppy and unproffesional manner. As a result what we did was to uncover damage that occured during the construction phase. We certainly did not cause any damage. In addition we did not collect any payment from this customer. There was absolutely no pleasing her regardless of the effort my men put in. Very unfortunate situation for my company to have these comments posted and hurting my reputation."
