Let me take a look before you leap. I'm Tim Glynn, Oregon Certified Home Inspector. I've inspected homes, old and new, inside and out, from the roof to the basement. I'll give you a thorough, objective analysis of your home that will be useful not only now, as you become an informed home buyer, but in your future as a conscientious homeowner. Tim was great to work with, took the time to explain what he looks for and what should be done to correct it. We had a small window to have our home inspection and Tim made our time frame work, he was on time did a Thorough inspection and wrote the report and summary and explained everything to us. An appointment was scheduled, the representative arrived right on time; gave me a brief explanation regarding the process. He completed all the aspects in a timely manner and explained all the results in easy to understand terms. He was very knowledgeable with the Oregon Codes of safety for the State of Oregon. I had to schedule and reschedule our home inspection multiple times due to problems with the mortgage company that was handling the sale (it was a foreclosure). Tim was flexible and understanding. He also did a great job inspecting the home. He was thorough and helpful throughout. He also spent a lot of extra time helping us try to assess a plumbing problem with an outbuilding that he wasn't even supposed to inspect. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

Tim listened to why I needed to use his services and was very courteous. He called me less than 5 minutes after I applied online - even though it was a Sunday night after 10:00 PM... He was willing to come to North Portland, which was another big point in his favor, I've had several people say that they will not come to North Portland, even though that covers a large amount of area.
