They did repair my dryer but scratched my wood floor and damaged the buttons (aethestically) in the process. They were punctual and nice but I was left feeling frustrated that by repairing my dryer I now have visual damage to both the appliance and my floor.

Whole experience was excellent ! Called, set up a time… very nice, polite repairman showed up, fixed my ice maker (had the parts on him)… repairs were less than what we expected they might be, everything was cleaned up and he was gone within an hour. Couldn’t have asked for more !

Their schedule was packed and I had to wait a week and another week fro the part. It was reasonable and I was happy with the service. They called back when I left message on answering machine. They called a day before the service and let me know when he was on his way. The people from the office was friendly. Technician was very nice, polite and friendly.
