Gator City roofing and Construction Was hired to re-roof with TPO, they broke the skylight, did not seal the seams, it rained inside the building had to use a leaf blower to get it out. said it was there fault and would fix the inside, just cut out part of wet sheetrock and replaced, it leaked again and I have brown stains on the new sheetrock, the company said they repaired the leaks, it leaked again. the company came back and said it was completed, I paid in full. ceiling is still unfinished, I think it is still leaking to this date. ******* ****** called me in the mean time and cussed me and threaten my business if I did not paid in full even if the inside was not done. I called the manufacturer and was told no paperwork was filed to have the materials warranty in place, it states on the contract 25 years material warranty 10 years labor. The roof failed inspection. Legal action taken.

I've had the best experience with Gator City Roofing. Three years ago, they installed a new metal roof on my house for less than other quotes (when other companies would actually get back to us!) Since we moved here, 3 and a half years ago, our usual experience has been that no one ever gets back to us! Phil responded right away and finished the job sooner than I would have expected. Recently, with all the heavy rains, we noticed a small water spot near the skylight in our ceiling. I texted Phil and asked what he would charge for a repair. He responded right away and would not accept any money because he wanted to stand by his warranty. It's the best experience I've had with any contractor down here!

They were amazing! Came and looked everything over and gave me the best quote. He came the next day and got the work done! I am very pleased with the work! 10000% recommend!!!!!

Got year warranty on repairs. Had 4 other companies come out, but they send salesmen not roofers. This company sent out the person that was doing work, to me thats the difference . Gator City contacted us through Home Advisor to repair some soffits around our late 1960s home. The owner Phil was very personable and sent his employee Cody out to meet me to provide an estimate the same day. The estimate was within our price range but when Cody began the work, he noticed that the fellow roofing company that replaced our roof a year prior could have done a better job in replacing some rotten wood we had so that he could do a better job in replacing the soffits. Cody advised me to call the other roofing company out to assess the work. Otherwise, the work that I hired Gator City to perform will just need to be done again in a few years or so. The collaboration between the two roofing companies allowed me to have quality work performed that would now last years to come versus just a few years. Thank you Gator City for your flexibility and honesty. I would recommend Gator City to anyone based on my personal experience with them.

They were confident in their assessment and solved the issue. My second leak was minor so they were kind enough to fix it with no quote or charge necessary. Cody gave me a good quote. And he put me on the schedule right away. He was prompt and friendly. He showed me photos of what was going on with the roof that was leaking. They were paid to remove existing shingles and mesh vents on all ridge roof. Install brown aluminum ridge vents to all ridge using 2 inch nails. They failed to cover all vented area and they used only roofing to cover a two foot area with only thin roofing. This area failed under a low pressure system that crossed my house and blew this area and caused a leak in my bathroom. I recovered the area with roofing and called them. I was told that they would come out but never did. I will use wood to cover the two foot hole and roof it myself at 79 years young. Please do not use the people as there word means nothing.
