I paid over 5k for a whole house water filtration system that stopped working in 7 months. They quoted me $50 to send someone out to look at it, even though it is still under warranty. When I called the next day to schedule the appointment, she said it would cost $160 to send someone out. Do NOT hire this company! The equipment is trash! And they don't care about their customers ?

Booking with Galene was a breeze. Quick to respond and find an available spot. They were backed up 2 weeks but it worked out with my project. Lou, the installer, showed up right on time and completed the reverse osmosis sink installation in a timely matter. Up to today the system is working great. Would recommend Galene to friends and family !!! Also forgot to mention, their price was reasonable compared with other companies who wanted to charge $89 fee just for the visit to give a quote.

Galene did a great job on my installation and went above and beyond to locate my water line, which wasn't where it would be believed to be even by myself, but they did it! It has been a year and they contacted me to remind me of the filter medium refresh...came and did that and the difference in the color and feel of my water since the installation is night and day. Thank you Galene. I just bought a new house and one of the firsts on my to do list is installing the same system.

They showed up when they said they would. We're very polite, went right to work and completed the job within the time frame they said. They were wonderful!

Jay called me withing 10 minutes of posting on HomeAdvisor. He had Gabriel to the house in just a few hours. Gabriel was knowledgeable and efficient. He made repairs and left the decision of the new installation up to me. I could not be more pleased with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

EnviroConcepts made this experience educational, affordable and so positive from initial contact to system installed. After months of trying to figure out what I actually wanted and needed, they gave me choices and explained each one. Within a day or two, i was able to make a decision and I now have a water system in my house that is clean and tastes great. I would recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful!!

I am aware of the pharmaceuticals and other toxins in our water source. Add the fact that the bottled water industry is either tapping the springs or filling plastic containers with tap water and charging to further pollute the water sources speaks volumes about how important it is to hydrate with clean, pure water. I have tried a couple of other water flltration services and have been simply most pleased with EnviroConcepts. They are honest and reliable and maintain a high level of integrity. Also, it seems their heart is in the work. They care about the environment as well as individual health. Try this!
