5/5 Stars! Excellent service, fast, efficient, clean. Could not ask for a better experience and smooth transaction. And the water tastes great. I was a little nervous because I am very picky on the taste of my water. I like most bottled water except Dasani. No more bottled water for me because my water tastes great now and I have ice again. Better for the planet too. You do need to give the filter for the bottled water experience a couple of days and run the water a little bit, especially if you have an older home as I do. But within 2 days time my filtered water was running clear and tasting delicious, once the gunk was gone from my pipes. One of the best parts about the soft water system is I do not smell the chlorine anymore and can feel safe about drinking and bathing with City water. I highly recommend the system and Florida Water. Thanks to Richard and Jorge for their outstanding service.

Everyone was very professional and the new system was very affordable. From placing the order to installation all went smoothly. The people who did the installation were very professional and cleaned up when finished. Would highly recommend this company.

The duo of Richard and Jorge is amazing. While all other contractors told me that my existing softener system is waste, Richard suggested me to go with the replacement of the parts only. And I'm glad I worked with him. I also got an under sink RO installed with them. Neatly done job. I can assure they do offer post installation support and doesn't just leave the customers after their job is done.

Everything was explained in detail as well after other companies wanted to charge double. Florida Water CWS (RICHARD) was upfront not over sell what wasn't really needed.

Rich and Jorge spent the time I asked teaching me about what whole house and R.O. system I needed. Rich was patient and willing to answer any question. My other bid was higher than Rich's, who gave me everything I was asking for and then deducted quite a bit of money to make it a simple, flat amount. On the day of the install, Jorge was very professional and went right to work. He's pleasant and very diligent, neat, and ensured everything was set up which evidently seems so as of this writing :-) I have nothing but high praise for the company and the service received so far. Keep up the good work fellas and I'll be sharing your names with my new friends moving here ;-)

As we know, the water quality in the Ft Lauderdale / Wilton Manors area is very poor. as a result, I began experiencing issues with calcium buildup which blocked water flow into several home appliances. After speaking with Wilton Manors utilities representative, the solution I found to best alleviate the issue appeared to be the installation of a full home water filtration / softener system. I obtained 3 quotes through Home Advisor for the installation of the system, and the quotes varied immensely. Florida Water was able to recommend what appeared to be the specific solution for the issue I was experiencing at the lowest price out of the 3 vendors considered. One other vendor only offered the top of the line option with all the "bells & whistles" which I did not need, and they cost multiple thousands of dollars more than the solution Florida Water was able to provide (felt like I was at a car dealer when this company's representative came to my home). A 2nd vendor, though they seemed trustworthy and honest in their recommendation, came in significantly higher with their quote (though much more reasonable than the 1st), and even said they were surprised that Florida Water could offer the solution they were quoting at the lower price point. Richard with Florida Water was very open and helpful with information regarding system recommendations, and he scheduled the work to be done within only a few days. Jorge installed the system quickly and had a fun, cheerful personality along with a focused work ethic. So overall, I am pleased with the results so far, but I just had the system installed and really haven't had a whole lot of time to fully experience the improvements with my water quality as of yet.
