Excellent and prompt service.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain yesterday, and after looking through some options on Thumbtack, I called Flo Pro because of their ratings and reviews. Nick and Junior came out within 2 hours and worked to solve my problem. Unfortunately, the problem was much bigger than a simple clog, and Nick took the time to explain my options and the anticipated/estimated costs thoroughly, before we landed on a short term and long term solution. This was a messy project, and I was further Impressed my the care and professionalism Nick and Junior demonstrated as they solved the issue and left my house as clean as it was before they started. I have used many plumbers in my lifetime, both for personal and professional jobs (25 years in the restaurant biz, I’ve had a lot of plumber needs), and I would put Flo Pro at the top of my list of preferred plumbing service providers from this experience alone. Reading through the 250+ reviews they’ve collected, it seems this is consistent with the majority of others’ experiences as well. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh!! Saved me and my home! Incredible! Junior and Nick are awesome, so efficient and absolutely KNOW what they are doing! They were more than fair and actually care about the customer and the work they are doing! I will be calling them next time and will only use them! The entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, I was kept up to date with appointment reminders and notified when a tech was dispatched. The dishwasher install was neat, clean and worked great. The technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! We will be using Flo Pro for all of our plumbing needs.

Excellent service

Had Flo Pro Plumbing come and change out my hose bib and water pipes in my side yard. They did a great job, very responsive and fair. Will be my go to in the future!

I had my rod replaced on my water heater and a new water softener and filter system installed. Really like these guys. Prompt , fair and fast. They are my plumber now and forever.

This is a new plumbing company and they are incentivized to provide superior, quality service. They arrived on time, educated me about maintenance and charged a competitive price. As a consequence I have used this company exclusively over the past year and a half and have never been disappointed.

The owner/plumber is a very friendly and easy to work with! He was very knowledgeable and I learned a great deal of information about drain clogs, from our visit today. Also the job was executed & my kitchen sink drain was unclogged, working like normal again! Huge blessing! The only downside was the clean up after the job. Nick the owner even helped with a discount off my bill in order to help with the clean up costs! Very stand up gentleman, great company, highly recommend!
