FIRST QUALITY CARPET CLEANING

Did a very good job; I was welcome to watch; their equipment didn't leave the carpets very wet and they dried in one day, which I appreciated. I had tried to clean a large spot but when they cleaned it, some spots appeared that they said was soap still in the carpet, and they corrected that.

Zach was fantastic! Cleaned beyond expectations and everything looks new again. Will defiantly hire again. Work was exceptional and cost was very reasonable for work performed. He was thorough and efficient.

Extremely well. These rooms had really old carpets that were very dirty. After cleaning, they look nearly brand new. I would definitely recommend. Zach is very professional and prompt. The whole thing took less than 2 hours. He helped move furniture around and it was just a great experience overall. Very satisfied.

This was our second time with First Quality Cleaning. They did an excellent job cleaning 8 rooms. They explained everything that they were doing and ways to maintain the carpet cleanliness. They were respectful of our home and were polite and courteous. We highly recommend them!

Fast and reasonable

The owner was very responsive to my calls which was a new experience for me. He came on time and completed the project as expected. I would hire again.

Everything was done very professionally. All I can really say is "WOW". The carpets looked brand new. Any stains were taken off. It felt like walking on a brand new carpet. The tile work was also very professionally done and looked as if it was newly laid. Zach was very good at explaining what they were doing and going to do. Would I hire 1st Quality again? In a heartbeat, because when my wife came home from work, all I could hear her say was "Oh my God, new carpets". Excellent, professional, and friendly. My kind of workers. Recommended 100%. When it's time to do again I will be calling 1st Quality.

A+ WORK! Zach did a fantastic job! Within 5 minutes of talking with him over the phone he provided me with an estimate and put something on the calendar. I didn’t waste my time thinking about it because I could tell he was honest, fair, and passionate about his work. Zach showed up early to the job, did a thorough walk-thru, answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and confirmed a price. My wife and I are expecting our first baby, so he moved furniture in the new nursery and cleaned everything wall to wall. He even protected the legs on the new furniture. I really only expected him to hit the high traffic areas, so I got the small items up off the floors and out of the way. He was willing to move stuff himself and put it back no problem. My wife and I came upstairs tonight and couldn’t believe how great it smelled, looked, and felt. The carpet looks like it did when we first moved in 2 years ago (probably better). Afterwards Zach stuck around to give me cleaning tips for stains (we have a cat and dog), as well as some other work that he could do if we were ever in need. Zach is a pleasure to work with and his customer service is exemplary. I would never even think about saving a few extra bucks to go with some big company. Over the years we have had First Quality Cleaning come to our house three times. Each time they have provided excellent service and results. When we first moved into our house and had them clean the carpets we didn't know what to expect, and were blown away by how much of a difference it made. They have also cleaned upholstered chairs and done an excellent job with that - each time they have surpassed expectations. Zach and Ed are prompt, polite, friendly and provide excellent results. Exactly the type of business I like to support!

Great work, quality and care. Cleaned carpet in a living room, dining room, staircase and large landing. Cleaned tile and grout in the kitchen. Carpets look fantastic removed stains i did not think would come out, including pet stains and odor. Kitchen tile and grout was especially dirty and looks almost like new. They sealed the tile and grout afterwards to protect it longer term and help to keep it clean. The guys were super thorough, explained the process every step of the way and really got into all the nooks and crannies to deep clean. I can't believe how clean my carpeted staircase looks! They cleaned with a smaller handheld crevice steam cleaner that worked wonders. Highly recommended.

I used this company earlier this year for my 1st and 2nd floor carpets and they did a great job--they carpets STILL look fabulous! After this VERY rainy year our large basement got very musty (even after humidifiers and lysol-ing down everything!) therefore we decided to have them out again this time to do the basement carpets, stairs and family room high traffic area. Once again, Ed and Zack were great. They showed up on time, did a great job, were friendly and the cost was fair and competitive. The carpets look wonderful and the basement no longer has the musty smell! We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

They arrived on time, and I was actually able to schedule with them fairly quickly. Very friendly yet professional. They pre-treated areas that were stained, and got out stains that I figured were permanent as previous carpet cleaners hadn’t gotten them out. Carpets look great! I would definitely recommend them, and use them again!

They did a great job on my carpets. With 3 dogs and 1 cat there was a lot to clean. They did a beautiful job and my carpets look new. Very friendly and informative, too.

We hired Zach and Ed to clean the rugs throughout our entire house. They are the only company I called who actually came to see the house and the condition of the rugs. I appreciated that their price estimate was based on seeing the house and not just a quick number on the phone based on the number of rooms. Some of the other companies won’t move tables or reach under couches but they don’t specify those details on the phone. Some of our rugs are newer while some were older or got more foot traffic. When Zach came to my house he was clear about the difference and how he would approach each area. He told me what gets moved and how they handle closets and other places hard to reach places. The day of the cleaning Ed and Zach were prompt and thorough with their service. The cleaning went smoothly and the carpets came out great. They even cleaned an old upholstered chair of my mom’s that I love and it looks better than ever! My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of the service and the price.
