Great company.

This was the third company I hired. They came with a great attitude that they would find our problem, and they did just under one hour. The other companies never did find our problem. They were very professional, exacting, and never gave up until our AC was working perfectly. I would most assuredly hire them as my home electrical company.

The quote was below two others we obtained. The service was prompt, professional and cordial. We will use First Class for all of our future needs.

First Class Electric did an excellent job on a difficult install. The customer service team kept me informed and was courteous and professional. Hector and Jesus did a great job overcoming challenges in preparation and clearing up an initial misunderstanding which was quickly addressed at the office. Hector, Jesus, and Andrew worked long hours over three days to complete the upgrade and install a new circuit for a hot water heater.

Easy to coordinate with First Class Electric and the job, upgrading my house from 100 to 200 amp, was done professionally and smoothly.

Working on my old house is quite difficult at times, and that was evident when the guys were working on my kitchen and media room; I am happy with the end result, but not as happy about getting there and some other things that happened. The initial appt. was set for 8:00 or 8:30, and they showed up at almost 9:00 with no call to let me know they would be late; they walked on my floors/new rug with their snowy, dirty boots; they used many curse words when they got frustrated with the challenges, and did not use drop cloths to prevent the excessive mess resulting from the drywall, etc (except over the stove with a drop cloth I had provided them). I understand that there would be a mess, but it would not have been so bad had they taken time to consider the home and the customer they were working in. I do appreciate Selena, the project manager, being professional and helpful throughout the process. Jesus, the person who came the second time to finish a small part of the job, was very professional; there was still a mess, but he cleaned it up fairly well.
