Excellent service in every way. Ron responded to my call for a bid quickly, got great quote, provided all the info I needed to feel comfortable that my carpets and couch would be protected. Scheduled quickly, was on time, highly professional and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. My carpets have never looked better and the colors pop! Even the couch - which Ron thought couldn't be totally cleaned - looks great! I'd recommend him to anyone! Thanks for a job well done.

Rob has cleaned my carpets and my 89 year old mother’s carpets as well multiple times. One cleaning sticks put for me. My daughter managed to get mascara all over the white carpet in her bedroom. I put some canned cleaner on it that I had and it didn’t touch it. Rob sprayed it with his cleaner and let it set while he cleaned other rooms. It ALL came out and, frankly, I was amazed. The guy knows his stuff. Also, he does all of his own work so it’s not like calling some big outfit and having the new guy show up at your door. I won’t use anyone else as long as Rob is in business!

Rob was on time and both personable and professional. He was forthright and honest about his prices for cleaning and additional services like applying protectant and didn't push extra services. My carpets were filthy and the furniture I had cleaned had never been cleaned, so Rob had his work cut out for him. He worked very hard and took his time. The carpets look and smell clean. Furniture looks great too and the stains on the chair came out...even though he said he wasn't sure they would. I'd definitely recommend him to neighbors and friends and will use him again in the future.

Rob was prompt in getting me his bid and explaining his cleaning process. He's clearly experienced and professional - showed up a few minutes early, was conscientious about protecting my hardwood floors, belongings, and my cat! He worked quickly. Got out the stains on my wall-to-wall basement carpet, and made the color in my area rugs pop again! No harsh chemical smell, and the carpets dried quickly. He left a container of stain treatment for future use, and gave me suggestions for speeding the drying process. Rob's a gracious, knowledgeable pro!

Rob did a great job. He was punctual, responsive, honest about what stains may or may not come out. He cleaned one chair for free to make sure we wanted to do all of them. (Which we did, and were pleased with the results.) He was really careful with his equipment so that cords didn't rub on walls or furniture etc. He even blew the pollen and leaves off our driveway and sidewalk so he didn't track them into the house. I will hire him again. We did all the carpets in the home as they had not been done for quite a while. (Including stairs, 6 chairs, and an area rug.) Rob does all the work himself and is the owner.

Rob was so very professional. He did an amazing job! I've hired so many different companies in the past years and I've ended up with blotchy looking carpets, soaking wet carpets for days, or carpets that barely looked clean. After this cleaning, my carpets were dry so quickly, look brighter than they have in years and look completely clean. I have no concerns about crawling grandbabies on this carpet. I will definitely hire Rob again, and refer him to anyone.
