I hired Rick to do my roof that was overdue to be replaced. I had a few skylights that were beginning to leak and I was worried about the cost. I found Rickâ s estimate to be reasonable so I decided to go with him and his company. Because the price was so reasonable, I even had him add a skylight to our kitchen, which tends to be very dark. Overall, I was satisfied with the work. The shingles are good quality and he truly cares about the quality heâ s providing. I have a mid century home with beige stonework and when I was concerned with the chimney flashing, he worked with me to find a solution. I got a pretty good value for my money and Rick is an honest, dedicated professional.

Installed skylights. Rick gave great advice, and really listened. Job was done the next day, just as discussed. Very happy with the results, better than my original plan.

This started as a roof repair in our kitchen bump out, then turned into a full roof replacement with new gutters. Once we saw the damage on the kitchen area, he looked in the attic and noticed we had leaks so we had him do the whole roof. Then we decided the gutters looked terrible so we had him install new ones with gutter guards. I never felt he was trying to upsell me into these services (I only found out he did gutters when I asked if he had a recommendation). And he was also able to repair the trim and drywall damage from the original leak which I appreciated, so I didn't have to find someone else. We were very happy with his work which is why we hired him to do more. Rick was communicative throughout the whole process. His crews worked hard and it didn't take as long as I expected, given the fact they were replacing my roof in January. We'll hire him again next year to replace the roof on our shop.

Rick took the time to examine everything thoroughly and find where repairs needed to be made to our roof; others just casually informed us to replace the whole roof. This will be necessary in a few years, but not yet; and Rick fixed the problem areas quickly and for a reasonable price.

Finally a Contractor I can trust. Rick and his guys came out literally in 1 day and fixed my Skylight. Then they fixed my siding that needed to be replaced. They Identified a few other areas on my roof that needed fixing (B Valve I believe) Which happen to have been listed as something that needed to be replaced on my Inspection Report when I bought the home. They fixed that as well. I Highly recommend and believe they did a amazing job.

Evergreen were not only incredibly thorough in their inspection of the property, but also made excellent recommendations for materials and labor. The whole operation felt incredibly professional and took the edge off a stressful experience. All steps through the build the owner contacted me to make sure I knew what was happening and could make informed decisions. Their prices were comparable to the other companies, but the difference is I felt like I had a team of people working with me, making sure I knew the each step of the process. Im really glad I went with his team, and to top it off, they were able to get the job done quickly, when other roofing companies had 4-6 week waiting periods.

They were great and did more than expected

Rick responded quickly and even moved up the scheduled bid appointment. He understood the leak problem on a flat roof and recommended a solution. One of his assistants started the repair on a rare dry February day and Rick and another assistant finished the job on a second dry day. Another roofer wanted us to replace the entire roof and did not submit a bid when I nixed that idea!
