They were amazing. I had spent hours in frustration. I have an Apple Computer. They called me at 1030pm. In a matter of 15 minutes He had me up and running. My agent did not make me feel stupid. He made me feel like a partner in fixing my computer. He was kind and understanding. He made sure that everything was working before he got off of the phone. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and computer knowledge that was exhibited on my call. Thank you for being there and being open late.

I had so many questions and I was able to text him and he would get back to me right away. He came to my home and helped me with my laptop issues.
