Good service sanitizing and changing the filters. Also, friendly customer service. But misdiagnosed my water treatment unit as failed, and tried to sell me a new system ($2500-$3000). I was able to get it running myself for under $50.

The company representative, Mindy was knowledgeable, informative, and professional while conveying a positive personal persona. The installers were on time, installed the softener system, and took time to answer questions and concerns while being very thoughtful and considered before forming opinions during the install process.
