Furthermore, they took time to prioritize the needs of the residents over what would have been more convenient for them, and you don’t often see the human side taking equal priority to the job at hand the way I’ve seen this team work over the past couple of weeks. I can be a very fussy customer, and I’m very impressed. Their work has been exemplary, and Charles’s guidance and suggestions on order-of-operations and options of how to approach the tasks have made a difficult, stressful situation much more manageable and organized. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do I wouldn’t look to anyone else to help me out.
