Jim is the most professional technically proficient low voltage electrician with an enthusiasm to match. He will help you with your project. I can not stress how helpful, thoughtful and considerate he is. He will explain in detail and review with you , also in detail, what type of work is expected. Whether you have exact specs or need guidance, whether you have a broad budget or narrow scope, Jim has the knowledge to complete the task or even guide you in the right direction. I would like to personally thank him for a complicated ceiling install for a new 11.2.4 system even in a non dedicated AV space. Should I ever begin a much larger dedicated home theater, I whole heartedly will begin and likely obtain his input and guidance on such a project as well. Jim was a pleasure to work with and took great patience in explaining the systems to not the most tech savvy people but we got it and not only would recommend him but will use him for other projects. First time using your app and had a good experience.

We hired Jim to do an installation of a home sound system, including receiver, indoor/outdoor speakers. We were very detail oriented and Jim was very patient with us along the entire ride. In hindsight, we should have just trusted him to do his thing, because he is AWESOME. No regrets here - hire him and let him take care of everything. I keep trying to think of new projects for him because he was such a joy to work with. He also helped with TV mounting and did an excellent and well-priced job.

Our house is a challenge...old and lots of concrete. So Jim ran into a few roadblocks but he persisted through them to give us the system we wanted and needed. I would hire him again without a question.

Jim was great! We were having a mix of built-in and wireless speakers installed and configured throughout our home. He provided a ton of options and gave recommendations at various price points - providing both pros and cons for every option. He walked us through a ton of questions over multiple meetings/calls before we even signed off on the project. He purchased all of the equipment and turned around installation in just one week -- and it was over Thanksgiving! When he ran into complications (that were completely out of his control), the project ended up taking quite a bit more time than he quoted us, and he refused to charge us for the extra hours he had to put in coming back a second day. Only after we insisted did he let us pay him for only a fraction of the extra time. He was thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating -- and that's all in addition to being extremely competitively priced! We would hire him again in a heartbeat!
