It was such a great pleasure to work with Liza and Kyle. I was so impressed with their depth of knowledge about the home inspection process and how they went through the whole house taking readings, checking that equipment, appliances, lights, electrical outlets, inside closets, bathrooms - not to mention how they used their drone to check every part of the roof, inside ceilings, etc. Further, and perhaps the best is how pleasant, friendly and courteous they both were. I would recommend this company 150 percent without a doubt! One thing I'd like to add is that I worked in corporate America managing facilities and business services for my whole career and I certainly know the good ones from the bad ones and Elite is the best you could hope to get.

Did a great job - tiles look brand new

The professional who cleaned our cement tile roof of dirt and moss, did a very careful and thorough job. It was completed, including cleanup, within the Contract completion date.

The whole team came, ran all the roof inspections; however, after two weeks NO report was sent to me. I reminded the owner after a week from service and she sounds strange. She mentioned she will fix it; but, again, after another week, no report. It is a shame for all the time they spent, and so I will not pay for any service from this provider.

After making an appointment for much sooner than I expected, a full crew arrived on time and completed rooftop and full home inspection within one hour. Fast, efficient and thorough, I would recommend ELITE and Liza to anyone.
