I Hired Leo 4 years ago when I required a pool person for my rental property. He did ok service I hope. I am not sure what was included in his services other than weekly chemical services. I recently advised him that we no longer need his services starting September 1st. His response was â I rather move on leaving us with no service for a month. After 4 years of having him service our pool, I expected to be treated fairly and with a bit more respect.

I highly recommend Mr Leo from Elite pools. I had a problem with my new pool finish and he came and took care! The pool looks amazing now!

Late submitting this review, but still using Leo with Elite. Initially our pump broke and pool looked kind of like a pond... within 3-4 days, Leo had it crystal clear. He shows up weekly, never sends anyone that doesn’t know what they’re doing. In addition to vacuuming and treating, he always takes the time to thoroughly scrub the pool down with the brush. You can tell he own the company and takes pride in his work and leaving customers satisfied.

Leo has been fantastic. He explained what he needed to do and then did it. My pool cleared-up quickly. Great service.

Serviced our pool for a month and then decided to stop without telling us. Very unprofessional. Cleaning job was just not that great either. Pool still dirty after cleanings. Very confused when it came to following directions and placement of vacuum. Don’t even bother. Not worth it for $40/week $160/month.

Leo has surpassed my expectations and does an excellent job in maintaining my pool. In two days' time he had my pool sparkling and clear. I continue to use him to this day and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs pool maintenance. He is the best!

One of the most valuable assets I have found. Keeps my above ground pool sparkling clean. Very punctual and timely with service, if weather causes delay Leo lets me know that he will be here early or late to service our pool. Excellent work and would recommend him highly. Representative of company called right away.Set up for interview right away.Seemed clear as to my expectations; expressed confidence that work would meet expectations: a clean pool, chemistry adjusted, algae gone, basic instruction for me to follow. Arrived on time, promised algae free, clean blue pool. work accomplished in about an 1 1/2 hrs Paid him half of quoted amount of $299.2nd day, noted total of 5 missing&non working parts.Said he could replace/fix 4 below cost from local pool supply store. Noted non functioning strainer line.Noted possible leak in pool.Got real confused sounding about what to do, said he would trouble shoot.3rd day, brought one part, no further idea about leak, just let water go down "no further than the light," just let strainer line "stay not working," collected remaining $149. My husband talked with him 3rd day, so not clear as to their conversation. It is clear that I have a leak, 4 non working parts, algae in the pool. Not very satisfied.

Very thankful to find this company. They are prompt, efficient and gave us some very good tips.
