Eco roofing applied a silicone membrane to my flat roof in 2019. Recently, I noticed small areas where, due to extreme exposure, the Gaco layer was showing signs of stress. I called Scott Lester and he returned my call within minutes. It had been 5 years since the application. Scott asked if the roof was leaking, it wasn't. 2 days later he was on the roof with silicone patching material and within days had a workman on the roof rolling out an addition layer of material over the distressed area. In short, after 5 years, Scott's response to honor his warrantee was immediate and professional on every level. Excellent!

Was unable to see repair but roofers worked hard to fix the leak, cleaned up and did some additional work needed at the end...paid for separately. Owner was pleasant, communication was a bit slow on repair time frame. Good experience with Eco Roofing.

The Owner, Scott Lester is very charismatic and personable. They did the work quickly, cleaned up afterwards. The coating on my roof has made 100% difference. My thermostat reads exactly the temperature it is set on and my enclosed patio is now comfortable instead of hot. I highly recommend this business!

I have a classic 'flying wing' Mid-century home that still had the original Tar & Gravel roof. After much research, I decided to go with a Silicone membrane system which required removal of the pebbles, but no nailing or breach into the substructure. GACO seemed to be the premeire product on the market, so I went straight to the source and contacted the GACO distributors for a contractor recommendation. They informed me that their system required a training cert and recommended Scott Lester at EcoRoofing as the best in my area for private homes. Scott Lester is a highly experienced Contractor, talked through all my concerns and provided a reasonable estimate. His crew was courteous, conscientious and took care to clear all debris during the 3 day process. Several months of seasonal T-Storms later, I noticed that the drip edge, which is unusually high to retain the original gravel, was ponding and collecting debris. I emailed Scott pictures and followed up with a phone call voicing my concern. Although 'ponding' on flat roofs is a common occurrance & is specifically stated by the manufacturor as a non-issue under warranty, Scott's foreman arrived within two hours to remedy the problem to my satisfaction.

1. Job cost us $2700 (small flat roof 12 x 18) 2. Written and Verbal LIFETIME WARRANTY / GUARANTEE 3. Roof repair to stop the leak and roof coating (1-coat) applied ... well ... The Roof Still Leaks ! 4. Several calls made along with several e-mails promised to fix ! 5. Well that has been over a month ago since promises were made with him a no show !! SCOTT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED , HE LACKS INTEGRITY / A BACKBONE AND HIS WORD IS NO GOOD AS ARE HIS LIFETIME WARRANTIES / GUARANTEES ! Go and find yourself another Roofing Specialist , you will save your hard earned money , have no headaches and save your time from getting the runaround from Scott (owner) and Eco Roofing ! (Oh you will hear from him that the roof leak is caused from something else , not his unprofessional work !!!! Guarantee / Warranty do not apply !!! You will hear this from him !!! Beware , I have warned you !!!)

"ECO Roofing has tried to resolve this issue, we have done other work for this customer, our product preforms exactly as it is suppose to, no leaks. The roof in question is below a tile roof that is 50-60 years old. The first time we returned we redid the possible area of leakage. We have returned 2 other times, the leak is in the tile roof above it, our flat roof area is not leaking. Without replacement or repair work on the tile roof the leak will persist, we offered to put a repair on the tile roof."

The company really spent time with me, helping me select the best product, color scheme, and materials for my home that looked good on the house and fit our neighborhood. They answered all of my questions and were able to replace my roof right away. The pricing was in line with the other quotes we received and we are definitely satisfied with the work done on our home. We had our roof replaced and installed vinyl fascia and soffit. They followed up with us after the install was complete to make sure we were aware of the discounts we were entitled to through our home owners insurance. I have received several compliments from my neighbors and have referred my friends and coworkers to this company.

Cannot believe this company is in roofing. The owner had workers do a repair job less than a year ago that started re-leaking in original spot that they were called out for in the beginning. Had to call a professional out to find out the product that I was told was put down was not. The invoice stated work to be guaranteed for life. When called back out to repair owner got belligerent on the phone and cursed me out stating I am a slum lord. People like this do not need to be in business. Will never be allowed to touch another roof of mine.

The only complaint I have is that they wanted the job finished in the one day but it took them until 9PM to finish so they were working in the dark. Forget about going to bed if I had wanted to.

My roof wasnt very old and ceiling started leaking, Scott came out and realized right away it was probably the metal flashing (think thats the name) down center of roof. He went up checked it out, came out next day and fixed it for really cheap. I will highly recommend them to friends and family. i was expecting to spend lots of money before Christmas and maybe having another payment of some kind. so happy. ?
