I have been using John and this service for many years. He is responsive, flexible and the quality of the carpet cleaning is amazing. Seems like the past few times he has come I think I really need new carpets and after he is there, they look years better. I also love how quickly the carpets dry and I can put my house together. John provides exceptional customer service, I highly recommend him and his service, you will not be disappointed.
