The best cleaning experience I have ever experienced in my life. I am usually very unimpressed by the self service companies that I give a chance to but this young man is by far the most perfectionist and professional cleaner I have ever encountered. I did not have to give him a watchful eye nor coach him on anything that I needed to be done he handle ever nick and cranny of my estate! I just absolutely love the outcome of his services and will be calling him again because I doubt anyone comes close to the work he put in to his passion! Highly recommend giving a shot if you are looking to get your home tidied up! Again I will be reaching out to him if I ever get in over my head in house cleaning.

Tracie at Eco Friendly was efficient, very likeable and her product knowledge was far better than any other company I spoke to about my issues—dirty carpet, pet stains (lots of them) and furniture placement which could have been problematic. She reassured me that she was sending a great technician. Wayne arrived ON TIME! He knows All Things about carpet and rug cleaning. He also went the extra mile in moving furniture. Which enabled him to do a much better job. The situation helped me and probably made his work more challenging, but he’s that kind of guy. Five STARS are not nearly enough to match this company’s commitment to the customer!!!! I can only hope that Eco Friendly’s business will grow and prosper. I had my carpet cleaned by this company and the service was outstanding! The technician came alone but handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked with great attention to detail. My carpet looks amazing ? stains I thought were permanent are completely gone! He was courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure I was satisfied before wrapping up. It?s rare to see that level of care and pride in one?s work. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

I gave a previous high rating of the service. I am now downgrading that to 1-star and will not recommend this company to anyone. To be clear, the individual who came by and performed the service was personable and kind; they did the service as asked. However, my understanding was that the service, in addition to removing pet smells and stains, would further deter pets from urinating in the same spots. Unfortunately, this was not the case and we are back to Square One as I need to redo the carpets again. With the price paid (which was significant), one would expect a company to stand by its service. Sadly, not with this firm. I do not recommend if you have pets and wish to enhance training by stain or smell removal as this will not help you. Additionally, you will be better served find a company that guarantees their service and strives to keep you as a customer. This is a case of buyer-beware, and I am saddened to have to write this kind of review.

I recently had my carpets and upholstery cleaned, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They brought my dingy, stained sofa back to life and made my carpets look (and smell) brand new. I appreciated the care they took with my furniture and floors—no mess, no harsh chemical smell, just clean, fresh results. Highly recommend for anyone looking to refresh their space without replacing anything!

Area rug looks better, at least the parts that are visible. Did not move the coach sections ior coffee table to get underneath them. He said their machine gets under the coffee table. Bet it didn!t do under the coach! And of coarse there was the up-sale! That was expected.

Absolute excellent service, from the initial contact throughout the cleaning process. Arrived on time and was completely thorough. I would highly recommend to anyone they even got out stains that I was never able to remove!!

I wish you could smell through a photo. My house smells amazing. Eco friendly cleaning company absolutely did an amazing job. We had issues with our dog peeing on our carpet. The house smelled absolutely horrible so we decided to get the carpet cleaned. On top of that my son was allergic to whatever was previously used on our carpet. Wayne came out and was so kind and patient and professional. I asked the same questions over and over again as I wasn’t understanding and he explained it all to me without getting frustrated. Because they use eco friendly products I don’t have to worry about my son being allergic to the stuff they used and my house no longer smells like dog. Thank yall so much for everything. 10/10 recommend
