Mr. Earl was very professional. He called with in a few hours of me contacting Angi and came to my home next day. He said my laptop needed in depth work so he took it with him. His quote was fair and there were no hidden fees. He brought my laptop back in 2 days and it was like new. He even reset our printers and drivers. We will use him for any future laptop needs.

I tried Best Buy, which is understaffed and barely interested in staying open. Earl was here the next day and did everything in an economical and informative way. It's the difference between employees who don't care and a motivated self-employed entrepreneur.
