"On this job we had sent a newer technician who left the job unacceptable, And that is not how we do things. When The customer saw the issue and made me aware I sent another technician right out to fix the problem. Customer satisfaction is the top priority. Unfortunately issues do arise but we will do everything we can to make it right. Thanks for being a valued customer."
"I am sorry that you were expecting something else, when we run interior phone lines there is not a need for heavily insulated wire (I am guessing that is your concern) and we just used a standard phone jack.
