Yes, very nice professional man and price was within line of others. My recliner was repaired and. Returned when promised. No photos of repair as it was the back frame of chair that upholstery covers. He did a good job and never even looks like it was taken apart Thank you and I will use him again when needed

On second floor, steps are steep with NO handrail. dangerous . They need to add railings before someone gets hurt

I was working on a Chevy and they re-did the interior in a timely manner, very professional, and high-quality work. Standing, top-notch product! They have done some other furniture projects for me and they always handle them in a timely manner and deliver when promised and within the timeframe provided excellent quality, even better than what you get from the factory! I would recommend it to anyone who wants 1) high-quality furniture, 2) a great price (its like paying for Ford and you get a Mercedes... even for a car) 3)Great customer service!

Lack of communication or possibly a language barrier could be part of the initial problem. He required a deposit upon picking up the sofa which was not discussed before the sofa was in his vehicle. As far as pick up and delivery I have never had this be an additional charge, and it was unethical to not discuss before he picked up the sofa.
