So glad we hired Dennis Cook Roofing to replace our roof. They were professional throughout the entire process. The office staff communicated with us on a daily basis informing us of the project updates as things moved along and sent photos daily of the progress. The crew cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis which was much appreciated as well. Highly recommend their services!

I want to say that Adam the owner is a very honest guy and will get the job done in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is needing roofing done. Thanks Adam.

As a follow up to my five star review of Dennis Cook roofing, Lee and his crew came out and did a beautiful job with brand new gutters to go with our new roof in Normal Heights. I would like to repeat my strong recommendation for Adam, Phil (the foreman), and the friendly and knowledgeable and professional crew of Dennis Cook roofing. Along with Julio, they all kept us and the neighbors informed each day as to progress and expectations. Their cleanups daily or thorough, and they answered any and all questions we had during the process. Dennis Cook roofing is also very reasonably priced. I would recommend them for any roofing and gutter installation.

two men showed up within an hour of my call, inspected my attic where the leak was, then climbed onto my roof, identified the most likely cause, caulked it temporarily, and said they'd come back in a few weeks (when it wasn't raining) and replace the flashing and reseal the roof.

can not say enough nice things about the professionism and kindness of this company. Had a roof leak last night, I was matched up with them and they came right our and repair the leak. Did more than what they said but didn't charge me more than what I was quoted. I had a good feeling when I met Phil in the am and when Dennis came out in the pm to preform the work I got that same good feeling. They are in my opinion one of the very few honest up front companies left. I am hoping to get my whole roof repaired by this awesome company so I don't have to worry about leaks for quite a while. if you are looking for an upstanding company that is honest and fair I would highly recommend giving them a call. Sales rep was far more thorough than other vendors during quote, estimate process. The estimate came in very competitively. The project itself ran 3 days longer than planned, but the quality was worth the wait. Incremental spend was inline with preliminary estimate. Communication and touch up work at the end was a little disjointed, but overall, highly recommend.

I had Terri out to look at my sunroom roof after my neighbour mentioned it was pooling when it rained. Terri was very professional and got straight to work in checking the slant on the roof. My roof is fine. I really appreciated Terri’s honesty and will call him if we ever need roof repair in the future. I would highly recommend calling them if you are worried about your roof.

Brian came out to do the estimating. He was old school and very experienced. Adam worked up the estimate and did the scheduling. Any time that I would text Adam he was right back to me with a reply. The onsite crew was also topnotch! They did a great cleanup and once they left it was like they were never there....except for my shiny new roof!

I worked with Brian Moody and Adam Cook in getting a new roof for my house, office, and shed, along with new gutters. Brian did a great job communicating with me, understanding my requirements, not upselling me on options I did not need, and coordinating everything, including checking in with me right before, during and after the project to answer any questions I had and to ensure I was happy. Adam's crew was fantastic, always arriving early and quietly waiting in their trucks until the start time so as not to disturb my neighbors and to start actually working right on time, as opposed to the typical 20 minute sipping coffee getting prepped routine. They even finished the job a day ahead of schedule as they worked at a consistent pace and efficiently all day long. The crew was very friendly and easy to speak with to coordinate moving of cars from driveway, etc. Pricing was very reasonable, especially in consideration of the work quality.

We have used Dennis Cook for numerous projects for our home. One great experience was associated with Solar Tube products. We have installed Solar Tube (6) in our home bring light into dark areas, such as our hallways, closets and bathrooms. The outcome was unreal and would recommend Solar Tube products for anyoneâ  s home. The project was completed quickly, the house was left clean and the new light is fantastic.

This company does not follow through on respond to messages or texts with out numerous follow ups from the customer. They also promise to do things and then not follow through with the action. The only things they followed through with quickly was the invoices even though they were not necessarily accurate. The crew that worked on the roof were polite however did not speak much English and communications with them were extremely difficult.

Great company. I had a roof leak during the middle of rainy season. Adam C., from Dennis Cook Roofing, came near-immediately to evaluate the situation. He was exceptional! He immediately identified the main source of the leak, as well as a few other items that warranted attention. He provided a reasonable quote and committed to having workers there within a few days to fix. As promised, the workers arrived, professionally performed the repairs, and even showed me what they had done. My first experience with Dennis Cook Roofing was the best. I will reach out to them any time I have roofing problems.

Quality job at a fair price. Scheduling could have been a bit better.

The company did receive the message I left about getting me on their work list as soon as possible. However, 2 men just showed up at my house on my roof without warning! They did not know which flat roof to work on....had no work order of what to be done....so I (a lay person) had to direct the men and tell them what I know. Also, I asked the men for a picture of the work when they are finish....they just left without saying a word to me. I still don't have a picture or a bill!

Job was completed quickly, even though it was a small job. Very courteous, responded quickly to my questions, the price was excellent. Recommend highly, easy to work with this company.

They did a great job and did not change estimate even though the needed more material for my job. Responded quickly and promptly but did come and do job without notice when I was on vacation. I had asked to be home. They did not leave any mess or sign of being here and I ddi not even know the job was finished until I called them to ask when they were coming. LOL
