I wish I could give no stars
Rude and disrespectful employee
Job was not completed. The faucet was still leaking after he changed the knob. I called company and They sent the same man back out and he should not be representing a well known company. He was rude very rude!
I will never use them again.
My invoice did not reflect the job done. I am waiting on someone to call me back and tell why it says he did work on my washing machine.
Then I was told if I had the work completed I would be charge a fee for coming to look at it. Well I was charged any and now they want to try and credit it back after questioned my bill.

Prompt service, right on time...showed me the problem and explained why the pump could not be repaired and had to be replaced. (which I thought to begin with). Showed me replacement and gave me booklet on the pump. I was extremely pleased.

Feel we were badly taken advantage of by a plumbing company exploitin the freeze.
The day after our worst freeze in Atlantic Beach in memory, our outdoor spigot froze and broke and was spraying water (unable to turn off just the outside water.) David Gray plumber showed up. We needed an exterior CPVC spigot repair after freeze. It ran up the outside of our wall, outside in the backyard. The 1/2" line broke and the plumber replaced about 12 inches of it, with a new spigot, and insulated wrap. He spent maybe 40 minutes onsite.
He told me the price in advance. I asked if he was serious, and he said, "Supply and Demand. We've got many more appointments lined up today." I was angry but felt trapped as we needed to get the leak fixed. (I tried capping it with a Sharkbite device, before they came, but the line was split in a way I could not see and kept leaking.)
Work was fine, but price ($700) felt extremely high for the scope.

Rafael is a top-of-the-line plumber and a gentleman. He provided me with all the information I needed, showing that he knows his stuff. I highly recommend him to everyone. The crew of 4 started the re-piping project within my schedule, led by Matt. Matt and Mike worked the project to its timely and successful completion. The aesthetics are terrific. The drywall smooth finish will be done tomorrow. Even with the additional work of installing a chrome kitchen faucet and repairing a toilet, the cost was several thousand dollars less than anyone else. They responded immediately and scheduled promptly. They showed up on time and sent the name and picture of the tech ahead of time. He was very professional and finished promptly. They have a great computerized workflow system that keeps the customer informed and involved every step of the way.

We had a slab leak years ago and called David Gray for repair. They were responsive and fixed the leak at a very reasonalbe rate. Here we are a few years later and we have another slab leak in the same spot. The previous repair was just a patch, they never replaced the faulty pipe, just put a patch on it. What a shoody repair. I would expect this from a second rate plubing company not a so called reputable local company. Shame on David Gray pluming.

Awful expensive. After addition research I found another company at about $300 less. I wanted to get a breakdown of services but they didn’t provide the information. The job took about 20 minutes and charged about $500. My fault. I would recommend thorough research.

Don't waste your time and money. All the techs work on commission which they deny. All their positive reviews are fake. Exorbitant prices for shoddy work.
