I am very grateful for their work ethics and customer oriented attitude. Heavy rainfall on the same night after they finished the roof replacement, foreman Erwin even went back to my house at 10PM at night to ensure no leaks / damage done to the newly installed skylight. we also checked the new roof next morning and rest assured no leaks to my ceiling - Thank you very much for the great work!

We bought a house that needed a roof tune-up. Tom Parks personally inspected beforehand and checked out the work afterward. The job included removing and disposing of a metal false chimney and stacks; removal of a concrete flue; re-sheathing and shingling over the chimney gap; properly flashing three plumbing vents; patching nail holes throughout; tightening soffits and other fittings under the eaves; and removal of an abandoned satellite dish. The crew arrived early, did their jobs with absolute professionalism, and cleaned up afterward. Tom found shingles that blended right into our older roof and the house looks outstanding!

though only porch gutter and downspouts were part of the job, took a look at all gutters and leveled on the back of the house. prompt reply to estimate request. excellent communication while weather delayed work. worked quickly and efficiently.

I am not a roof professional. I am a home owner who understands nothing last forever; so, I desired to seek an diagnosis (evaluation), repair and proper upkeep type of roof servicing. My roofs were not leaking but were aged. Notwithstanding the coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19), I scheduled three different roof service companies, from HomeAdvisor, for my roofing needs. I had hoped they - as the roof professionals - would tell me (1) what I did not know or could not see as problem areas of my roofs, (2) what roof problems, if any, need to be addressed, and (3) the cost for them to do the work. Daniel Parks did provide me with 1, 2 and 3. Moreover, Daniel Parks identified an additional roof - i.e., that ledge over my home's second story windows - in their examination. The other two roof service companies did not mention the ledge at all. Honestly, I did not even think about it, but Daniel Parks brought it to my attention with photos. I was shown before and after pictures. I really appreciated the customized photos (I didn't need to climb the roof nor simply take someone's words without visible proof). Daniel Parks was the first roof service company to respond to my HomeAdvisor call. Daniel Parks remained respectful of COVID-19 precautions. I was provided a timely estimate and a time table for the work. Daniel Parks was punctual; they cleaned up and dump material; they finished the work ahead of schedule; they received and processed payment in a timely manner; and, they performed the work to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Daniel Parks. I'm glad I thought to use HomeAdvisor for my home needs. I'm glad Daniel Parks appeared on HomeAdvisor. I am confident, comfortable and proud of my roofs and gutters now. My roofs shouldn't be a problem for several years. Everything looks beautiful.

We've hired Daniel Parks (father and son) for several jobs over the years to maintain and repair a roof that was not new when we moved in ~10 years ago. They've always been great. Prompt, easy to work with, their fixes stay fixed, and the roof is still going strong.

Daniel called me to find out just what I needed done. He explained the process step by step. He explained what may have happened to the shingles as time goes by and what may need to be done replace the lifted and missing shingles. He also informed me how old my roof was. He matched up the shingle color and also fixed the damaged seals around the chimney and other pope/vents on my roof. He also gave me a senior discount. He provided before and after pictures of roof. Great professional, and nice person to deal with, since so many others try to con you, but he didn't.
