Custom Plumbing of Arizona

It went very well! I had to re do all my plumbing lines to my home due to them being old and roots intruding the plumbing. The technicians were so informing and answered all my questions! They even showed me different options I had as well as introduced me to the financing program they have! I definitely would recommend them to all my family and friends!

I had Custom Plumbing do just about every possible plumbing thing you can think of because unfortunately my old home needed it =( (Whole home water repipe, sewer replacement, and helped me with my bathroom remodel, and other misc things) They walked me through everything made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and worked with me thru the financing. I have nothing bad to say about them at all which is hard to find in the construction world. Everyone lies and cheats and cuts corners. But this company paid attention to the details.. what more can you ask for in a company. Highly recommend!

My kitchen sink was backing up and and shower was draining slow. They came out clear both drains very quickly left several options with pricing to prevent any future back ups I would love to have them back for all my plumbing needs.

I had water near my kitchen sink. Our first quote was almost $4000 as they misdiagnosed the problem. They came out and did a much more thorough job taking a look at the sink, and all the appliances. They found a leak in the dishwasher that didn’t require tearing through our floor. They saved me a lot of money and head ache. Acted professionally and will be the only team I’ll call going forward.

Unfortunately, I can only give Custom Plumbing of Arizona 1 star. That star is for the friendly people they employ. The first technician to come to our house was Jacob (big guy), he was very friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. My husband was very impressed and made an appointment to have our kitchen and bathroom faucets installed, we were given a quote of about $1008 to install 2 faucets, but my husband understood that Jacob was going to install new valves as well as the faucets. Before the appointment my husband ended up installing the bathroom faucets leaving only the kitchen faucet to be installed. I called the office to let them know that we would not be fulfilling the original quote, they said that was fine. The day of the appointment Jacob was not the technician to show up, Tony was the technician. I explained to Tony that my husband had already installed the bathroom faucets so he only needed to install the kitchen faucet, which would bring our install down to $377. After Tony had installed the faucet, he said that he was going to check the water pressure, something that had been done a week prior, as we had a whole house water system installed and they had checked the pressure and it was fine. Tony told me that we needed a new regulator and that it would cost $700, since I don’t know anything about regulators or plumbing I said okay. Later that evening I was washing some dishes and when I let the water out and turned on my disposal all the water came out onto our floor. My husband called Custom Plumbing right away and they sent someone out. Seems Tony didn’t connect everything completely under the sink. Now we have some water damage under our sink, not bad, but there are bubbles. The men that came out that night wanted our home owners insurance information to file a claim to repair the damage. Not sure why our insurance should have to pay for damage caused by the company’s technician, we did not give them the information. The next day I noticed that the cold water was hot and the hot water was cold, so I had to call them again and they sent someone else out. They were going to send Tony, but I said no, so they sent Rambo. Rambo corrected the cold and hot water and when I asked him about the price of the regulator that had been installed he said he would have charged us $135. Which got me thinking that maybe Tony charged us that much because our original quote was for $1008 and that is about what I ended up paying when it should have only been $377 for the kitchen faucet. Then Rambo proceed to check the pressure (without a pressure gauge) and told me it was too high, so he lowered it. Well, we ended up having hardly any water pressure in the house. When the Kinetico rep came to check the equipment that had been installed a few weeks before he also checked the pressure (with a pressure gauge) and it was 30, he increased it to 60 and now we have water pressure in the house. He also told me that they would have charged $199 for the regulator. All in all we had a terrible experience with Custom Plumbing and nobody has ever called to ask about the water damage. I personally think they owe us something.

We had (what we thought) was a sewer line issue in our backyard. After an initial estimate from another company of upwards of $15k to fix, we wanted to get 3 bids. We called Kevin, from Custom Plumbing of Arizona, and he provided unparalleled service. He not only scoped the entire line, showing us that the initial assessment was inaccurate, he went ahead and took a look at all the lines throughout the house to ensure between old pipes and a recent remodel, we could see and better understand the health of our pipes to be knowledgeable about potential future issues. All for a minor service fee. Turns out the leak was a pinhole leak from a small irrigation line. Custom Plumbing of Arizona will now be my first call for any plumbing issues. They told it to us straight and we walked away feeling not only better informed but did not have to spend tens of thousands of dollars unnecessarily.

It went great Daniel from Custom Plumbing of Arizona was very professional, quick and efficient. I had an emergency situation in the middle of the night. They were able to be out first thing that next morning. I must add they have the best price in Phoenix as well. I got extra business cards from him so I can hand them out to family and friends in need of a great Plumbing Crew! 5 out of 5 stars from me!

I provided the new faucet, it cost me 250$ for the labor + 1 yr warrenty for kitchen sink installation. They arrived 1 hr late, it took them 15 minutes to install. They have a really high mark up on labor I would not recommend this company nor would I become their regular customer. They they told me if they provided the faucet it would have been 750$ for installation + kitchen faucet!! even a fancy faucet at home Depot is 350$ They have a really high mark up!!! They told me it was a flat rate but the operator for their business could not give a price over phone so flat rate seems kinda bogus.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work that was done and I have to mention the professional work expertly done by Shane who I cannot say enough of for his generosity in my installation of my tankless water heater and again the generosity of Vince who I couldn't have been more suprised.As far as the product goes it is as I expected and more.instant hot water !!! WOW what a great thing.AgAIN thank you Shane and Vince..you guys ROCKED MY WORLD.My advice to anyone that needs or wants plumbing you must call CUSTOM of ARIZONA....602-TOO-COOL.You won't be disappointed...I guarantee it

On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. This is a great company!

Their service is fast, phenomenal quality, and every member of their staff from the office to plumbers to the owner are just all around friendly nice people. These guys are fantastic. They called quickly, they came to the location quickly, identified the location of my main sewer line quickly and (most important) did the work quickly. Plumbing work is never cheap, but it helps when the services are of such a high calibre. Shane is an excellent representation for this organization and I fully intend to use them whenever I have a plumbing problem. Thank you sincerely for everything.

Very professional and courteous. Had some initial issues with the job, but the customer service was perfect. They came out the same day and resolved all my issues at no cost. I hate writing negative reviews. The plumbers that came were all amicable and professional, but the jobs done and its quality and the customer service were all terrible. I had a clog that was looked at by another company and was told that the toilets needed to be replaced because of age. I got a quote and then called Custom Plumbing for a second opinion giving the plumber the same information of the issue and the quote. He firmly denied that I needed to replace the toilets and instead confidently stated that I only needed to replace some parts in the reservoir. I hired him for the job and he said that if there are any issues to call him on his number. First, he did not tighten the tank back to the toilet enough. So there was some extreme movement. This plumber then failed to respond to 3 separate messages over a week about the issue. So I had to call Custom directly and they sent a second plumber to quickly finish the job. Second, the issue that I had called them in the first place was not resolved. I still had clogging issues despite his assertion that his solution would resolve it. I had to again call Custom Plumbing to get a third plumber to come out to look at the problem. Very professional, and immediately knew that the problem was the toilets. What the first guy denied. He then listed me a quote for a new toilet and then charged me to unclog the toilet again. Which would have never been an issue if his employee had correctly resolved the problem I paid him to do. I took the quote and will be bringing it to the next plumber. Because I cannot trust the expertise of this company. Nor their ability to be accountable for their employee's errors. I am giving two stars only because at least the last guy was sympathetic to my frustration. TLDR. Paid them to fix a problem. They failed to do so because their own inexperience. Then they didn't take responsibility when they failed to do the job. SIDE NOTE: Go to anybody else just for unclogging a toilet. The first company did it cheaper even after the "discount"

Johnny/Shane and crew were always on time, courteous, and very professional. The instsll was as promised. Dug up a lot of desert landscape and, to my surprise, restored everything above my expectations (I'm very OCD). Definately satisfied....
