About us
We’re Crawlspace Remediation, and we’re excited to be part of the Waterford community! Our owner, Sam Goode, was born and raised in Lafayette, IN. Believe it or not, he started out as a musical theater major before switching paths and earning a degree in Business Management from Purdue. In 2009, he began working in crawlspace repair and quickly found his passion. Just two years later, Crawlspace Remediation was born! Since 2011, we’ve been helping homeowners with not only crawlspaces, but also radon testing & mitigation, basement waterproofing, attic solutions, and mold testing. We’re also professionally Certified Air Inspectors. So how did we end up in Waterford? Sam married a Michigan gal—now we proudly serve both Indiana and Michigan! We’re here to help make your home safer, healthier, and more comfortable from the ground up.
