Wayne recommended to replace the dishwasher but said he would have another tech look at it. Austin came prepared and said it needed a drive motor, which he brought with him. After some discussion we determined the part could be covered under warranty and a part request email was sent to Cowboy Appliance Repair. While Austin was on speaker phone with Wayne he asked if I was being difficult and mentioned he charge me sales tax on the service call which he was not going to pay the State, how?s that for a honest company? Not to mention he has yet to provide me a receipt, I have asked him 3 times for the service call receipt. Wayne has yet to get the part from LG nor keep me informed on the progress. If you have any type of warranty work you can find another ?Cowboy?. My wife found his reviews to be positive on Angie?s List, he hasn?t done anything to solve our problem, and doesn?t respond to requests for a receipt or progress on getting this part. Not recommended!

"On the original visit, it was determined that the needed part may be covered under manufacturer warranty. We submitted the request to LG and, once approved, warranty parts typically take 5?7 business days to ship. You needed your dishwasher running sooner, which is completely understandable. Our technician, Austin, returned and was able to get your dishwasher back up and running. Austin does great work, and we truly appreciate him. Since the dishwasher was repaired days ago, the warranty part that arrived on 1/16 is now being returned, as it is no longer needed. We have tried to reach out to you about this via text as that was our main communication. Please contact Wayne if you have further quesitons on this matter! Thank you! Cowboy Appliance"

Wayne provided good, thorough service. Unfortunately the diagnosis was a bad condenser. I did not wish to replace the part at a cost of $1400 for the refrigerator that sits in the garage. He put me in contact with someone who will remove the old one for free and who also has refurbished or scratch/dent appliances that comes with a 1-year warranty. I call that going above and beyond what turned out to be a diagnostic service call. I will keep his name and number for the next time I need appliance repair work.

Cowboy Appliance owner, Wayne Craft, was able to schedule a repair just two days after I made my call for help on my LG dryer. He was on time, personable, and answered all my questions while he worked. He obviously knew what he was doing and didnt waste any time getting the job done. He did a great job cleaning up and, last but not least, the cost was very reasonable. He charged much less than I was expecting to pay. I definitely recommend Cowboy Appliance Service and Repair.

After checking with the gas company, it was determined that the gas leak was coming from inside my gas dryer. Cowboy Appliance arrived and this very cordial guy in a big cowboy hat stepped into my small laundry room to try and find the gas leak. He discovered a faulty regulator, went and got a factory replacement, installed, vacuumed out all the years of accumulated lint and everything is working perfectly. He was very personable and I like supporting a young company. He’s very conscientious about his work and I would use his services again for repairs needed.

Wayne reached out right away and was able to get me scheduled that day for a dryer repair. He and his apprentice arrived on time. Both were very professional and personal. They explained what caused the dryer to not heat. They were able to buy parts and fix it that day. They showed us the parts that broke. I was impressed with Wayne's teaching style assured learning and understanding. That is worth a lot! We will definitely hire again when we need a repair. Highly recommend!

Jordan showed up at the scheduled time (was actually about 10 minutes early). He was able to diagnose my refrigerator and had it fixed within about 45 minutes. Pricing was great. Service was great and I would recommend Cowboy Appliance and Jordan any day of the week!!!

From the get-go, he was warm, friendly, and professional in explaining everything in simple terms without any upsell pressure. He diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator quickly, set a fair rate and fixed it on the spot, getting everything back to chilly perfection. I used to think that when an appliance stopped working, the only option was to spend a thousand dollars on a new one. Who has that kind of money on hand? So i tried something I had never done before. I called for a repairman. I called Cowboy Appliance. And true to form, he rode to my appliance rescue. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me. We now have a working Fridge. But it doesn’t stop there. Our dryer was was on the way out so I asked Cowboy Appliance to look at our dryer as well. Again he was able to wrangle a repair and safe me money and sanity. I would recommend giving Cowboy Appliance a holler for any repairs and will definitely keep him on my speed dial.

We had a great experience with Cowboy Appliance Repair. Our washing machine was unbalanced and wouldn't spin, and the technician, Wayne, came out the next day. He was very prompt and professional, diagnosed the issue as bad suspension rods, and had it fixed quickly. We highly recommend him!!?

Refrigerator was cooling and freezer was freezing into a block of ice I was thinking I was going to have to buy and new one because getting thing repaired is usaaly more expensive than buying a new appliance but I called the cowboy and he showed up when he said he would checked out my fridge and with in the hour had it working like brand new. He did every high quality work at a great price!
