Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Monthly cost was consistently higher than quote. Always an extra charge. Consistent issues with service, Never the companies fault. Always a deflection, excuse, or reason to shift blame. Cleaned filters on patio, left the mess. Moved valves and did not return them to proper place causing drainage issues with spa. Final issue was when they left the relief valve open when they left and pool lost about 12 inches or more of water and blamed valve. It was left open by the tech. Never took ownership, quick to blame, argumentative, and dismissive.

"Who is this? Do not have a customer with the name of Aasron Every one of my customers gets a bid sheet. That bid sheet is gone over line by line with every new customer. We always own up to a mistake. Actually in the 23 years of business in the 50 years I have been on this planet. So again, if you have an actual name or an address, that would be helpful"

When he first arrived he was on time and professional. He immediately noticed that my filter needed to be replaced, which I'm currently having done. He assigned a weekly maintenance person to my home and he shows up on time and does a good job.

"James as we discussed in great detail on the phone. Sorry you felt that me saying "i'll put the repair on the books" meant I'll be there the next day. Name calling Alize, really is unwarranted as he's been with me for along time and cleans 100 pools a week. Yes, there was an issue. He called me on it. I told him lets wait til next week and see if the issue is still there. The following week he let me know about the issue. I was in contact with you and said I'll put the repair on the books. This warrants a ONE STAR REVIEW on a small business? Plus, the repair was needed. You didn't cause it. I didn't cause it. But to say if I pay for the repair you'd take this review down? It's hard enough running a small business these days. I bend over backwards to make sure EVERYONE of my customers are happy. As I want to keep those customers for my entire career!"
