I had a lot of trepidation going into this project but CCR managed everything (scheduling, provision of an estimate, notice requirements, furniture protection, health certification after completion of work) extremely well. Their price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other estimates and they were timely and responsive to my questions. Other companies wanted to "pack out" my furniture (one bedroom apt.) to another site or a storage pod on my urban street, but CCR kept it in place and moved it from room to room for a reasonable fee (about 1/4 of what other companies wanted). Finally, their almost all-female crew were a delight to deal with.

No one expects or wants to deal with asbestos removal but after removing old carpet in an old home we unexpectedly found tiles that tested positive for asbestos. Compliance Construction went above and beyond to handle this remediation even when it took much longer than they originally anticipated. James Lang in particular was incredibly responsive to our needs. I hope that I never need asbestos remediation again but if I do I will know who to call.

Once the work was finally scheduled and the technician arrived to complete the project, the work was completed efficiently and professionally. The estimating and pricing was on target. The only problem was in scheduling the job. There was some miscommunication between the estimator and the crew, so the job was delayed a couple of times.
