Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
We hired Oxi Fresh to clean carpets at our business. The franchise owner performed the service, but after drying the same stains remained. I contacted corporate to confirm whether we chose the correct service. Corporate support was polite and quickly scheduled a redo at no charge. Unfortunately, the franchise owner then called us directly. His behavior was extremely unprofessional?rude, condescending, and even racist. We no longer felt safe having him in our building, cancelled the appointment, and will be hiring a different company to finish the job. We rarely post one-star reviews, but this situation warrants it. If you are seeking reliable, professional carpet cleaning, look elsewhere.
