I called Knockout Plumbing in the evening and they returned my call first thing the following morning. They sent a technician out and he was here at 9 am. Very friendly and customer service was excellent! This company knows their stuff. We needed a whole new hot water heater and they replaced it at a low cost and very prompt. Thank you Knockout Plumbing for everything you do. I will always use your services.

Everyone I spoke with was responsive and professional. My water heater had split down the back during the night so my main water valve was turned off. They sent someone out in just a few hours and followed up with me from the office to ensure I was receiving timely service (considered an emergency I believe and they worked me into their schedule). I have forgotten names, but the service provided by them, from the owner, installer and office manager, was excellent. Additionally, the installer of my new water heater managed to get the job done in the same day, was cordial and professional in all respects, and did not display the condescension that is sometimes adopted when a workman is dealing with a single woman (those workmen/companies never get my money btw). I am very satisfied, appreciative of the quality and speed with which they resolved my problem, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Later, when I researched the cost of what I purchased, their charge was within the normal range for a replacement water heater installation.
