Colossal Carpet Care

We had Colossal remove ripples in our stretched out carpets throughout our home. They look brand new! They also took our area rugs, cleaned them off site and delivered them back. They kept us updated throughout the area rug service and did a fantastic job overall! I would totally recommend!

I am a long time customer. Wayne did a great job cleaning a wool area rug and also working on some stairs and bedrooms. I completely trust Kyle and Wayne and enjoy having been their customer for many many years!

Wayne was AMAZING! We had to get our floor leveled. Wayne pulled the carpet back and then replaced it post leveling. He did a great job both times and had a very professional demeanor. Would recommend hiring Colossal Carpet 100%

Colossal Carpet Care did a fantastic job stretching and cleaning my carpet. The communication with them was excellent, they let me know when to expect them and arrived on time. They completed the job in the time frame the promised and I was very satisfied.

Kyle and Wayne are fantastic. Kyle returned my call promptly and then scheduled an appointment. Wayne did an outstanding job. We have older carpet and dogs, but he was able to get our carpets looking great. Colossal Carpet is by far the best carpet company I have ever used!

They took time to explain my estimate, offered multiple payment options including credit card, and shared useful tips for how to best care for my carpet between cleanings.

Colossal Carpet Care recently completed a carpet stretch and cleaning at my townhome. Dwayne did a wonderful job. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The pricing was reasonable and the results terrific! The carpet stretching was for carpet that was laid a little over two years ago and began stretching immediately. Another firm I hired to stretch the carpet did not do a good job and the stretching continued. Dwayne explained everything he was going to do to fix the stretching issue and it now looks great! Thank you so much, Dwayne and Colossal Carpet Care! I will be a repeat customer!!
