We're Committed. Cold is on the Right Plumbing is a service based plumbing provider that is committed to you and your home or business. Growing up in the plumbing trade has allowed us to have the liberty to work with some of the best (and worst!) tradespeople in the industry. When we decided to open the doors to the Cedar Park and Austin and Lakeway communities it was under the belief that we could adapt everything learned over the years to provide a more meaningful and helpful experience to our customers.

The estimators, Jake and Jeff, were also the installers. We discussed the options for relocating the water heater and installing it in the utility room. I was very pleased with the estimation process and the installation. Cost and service were excellent. Everybody should hire these guys.

It went great. Cold is on the right plumbing came out to give a quote and completed the work in a timely manner. I was overall very pleased with the way they conduct business and the work that was done. They fixed all of the plumbing issues I had and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Appointment was made, I was contacted 30 minuted before to say they were en route, they arrived at the appointed time. (grade=A+) Inspected water heater, gave clear advice on WHAT to replace with WHICH product and WHY.(grade=A+) Repaired hose bib and told me why it had probably started leaking in the first place and why he repaired it the way he did. Work done quickly and professionally. (grade=A+)

Great. Thomas and Isaac were wonderful, polite, friendly and got straight to work. Thomas explained what he was doing and why plumbing findings in my house were what they were. Thomas did a great job on both projects, he knew what he was doing, was quick and cleaned up after the project was over. He had to go through a wall to get to the break and was able to do so in a way that minimized damage.

Locating the leak was completed efficiently...nice guys. The price to replace two small PVC connectors was unreasonable (>$325). Had competitor complete the repair for less than 1/3 of the estimate, billed for one hour (replacement, test, and re-burial).

"[Member Name Removed], We apologize you were unhappy with our service. To be fair, PVC repairs take longer to make as the manufacturer recommends not restoring water for a full hour after the repair is made. As we follow all manufacturer recommendations, included in that pricing was for the guys to wait that time period before restoring service. There is nothing like having a plumber show up glue some fittings and leave only to have you turn on the water and have another issue. Maybe a project will arise where our thoroughness is a better fit."

Contact with office was great and friendly. Mike came on time for the quote and the service. He gave me multiple options including one I was not aware of. There were no surprises and I was charged exactly what was quoted. He did a fantastic job and I love how my bathroom looks!
