"C&M Home Repair is a FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS. The first visit to the customers house was for the assembly of a bed, hanging a painting, and repair a door latch was completed and payment received, we returned (2nd time) to customers house to find that he didn’t have all of the proper materials for job requested (electrical). We did the job with the materials that were provided by the customer at their request. With the lack of materials, we were not able to complete the job fully. So, We put customer on our schedule to complete the electrical job because of lack of materials. We collected a partial (deposit) payment for electrical job and explained that remainder of invoice would be due at the time of completion (3rd scheduled visit). Customer said that he was satisfied with what had been completed during first and second trip and didn’t say anything about any errors with bed. Customer was purchasing the remainder of materials and would provide them before 3rd scheduled appointment. Once customer called in with a complaint, A partial refund was offered to customer due to job not being complete since only partial payment was received. We asked customer to give a fair amount for refund total and we would circle back."
