Jacob Grieve is the working owner of Clubâ s Plumbing. He is upfront, honest, polite, knowledgeable and on time. AND FAIR. I found him totally by accident via an internet search through this site after being thoroughly frustrated by my Home Warranty Insuranceâ s referred plumber. I discussed the situation with Jacob over the phone as it was complicated and shared my neighbors assessment. Jacob quoted price ranges to me over the phone - one for the easier fix and one for the more complicated possibility. He immediately saw the problem which matched my neighborâ s opinion and was able to do the repair on the spot. He charged me the lower range of his quote which was so honorable as I would not have questioned him at all. Without a doubt Jacob - Clubâ s Plumbing - is the best plumber Iâ ve ever had service my home. I have already recommended him. And I recommend him to all those reading this review.

I've had Jake help me out a few times now. Today he came to fix a gas leak caused by a construction worker. He immediately diagnosed it from a texted photo, was here within an hour, and repaired it right away. He turned back on all the gas appliances but I especially appreciate that, after I paid him but before he left, he said "let's just confirm and check the hot water throughout the house to make certain everything is working properly." He is very conscientious, thorough, and honest. I plan to use his services again for a yard hardscaping project. If you need a plumber or need to recommend one to friend or family, Jake's your guy!

Jake has done several jobs for us, and he's been a solid, efficient, reliable professional every time. I met with several other people before finding Jake for a heatless water tank install, and he was so far and beyond the others, knowledgable, to the point, and a great price. We've since hired him for 3 or 4 other projects and he's done excellent work for us each and every time. It is reassuring to know that there's folks out there who do such neat, clean, solid, quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend him, he's my go to for anything plumbing related. A must hire!

He helped me passed the LA permit for the installation of gas pipe

Jake was terrific to work with. Was able to come out the next day to replace my leaking gas pipe for our pool heater. Professional, communicative, and friendly. Got the job done on time and on budget, and did a great job. Highly recommend! I ll definitely be calling him next time we have a plumbing issue.

excellant follow thru on an issue

Jake was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He did not waste any time and was careful about having the installation look good. He noticed other items that needed attention: the water pressure to the house was too high (he replaced the pressure valve) and the absence of a seismic gas turn-off valve (he purchased and installed one).

No complaints. Jake returned my request quickly, called to verify the day before and again one hour before he came. He picked up a replacement toilet that was nicer than I expected. Even checked out other problem for no cost and took away old toilet

I spoke on the phone with roughly 10 plumbing contractors for this job (sourced through Home Advisor, NextDoor, Yelp, and personal recommendations), and had 4 come out to my house to quote the work. The work included numerous plumbing tasks, largest of which was replacing our tanked water heater with a tankless. Jacob was the best communicator throughout the quoting process - timely, clear, and consistent. He also was very easy to communicate with about these projects and how they fit into the overall project plan at my house, and was able to see the bigger picture and consider the order of operations, which was incredibly helpful for me as a homeowner trying to schedule and coordinate multiple types of work. Once work was scheduled, Jacob and his associate were punctual, hard-working (extremely), and I had exactly what we had agreed upon at the end of the two days. There were some hiccups (as is expected) but I was kept tightly in the loop and so never felt anything was sprung on us. Jake will be the first plumber I call for my next job, big or small.

Jake is a wonderful plumber. He delivers and works hard to keep to his estimated timeline. His quote are within the better priced range, and he has done everything thoroughly. He and his crew are respectful of the work area, leaving it even cleaner than they came in. Jake made sure I understood the scope of the work to be done and explained it concisely. I highly recommend him and would call him again for any plumbing issues without hesitation.

Jake is an absolute find! Professional, ethical, considerate, and technically extremely strong. Jake sourced and installed a new tankless water heater for us in record time. He also suggested and installed an improvement to the water intake system without prompting...a fix that will save us time and money over the life of the heater. Absolutely recommend Jake for all plumbing needs. He is our go-to guy.
