Easy process. Scheduling conflicts on the contractors part, but great customer service on their part, i.e. availability, responsiveness, etc. to exceed our expectations.

I received excellent service and they paid great attention to detail. The closets are customized and built off-site nd then they install it. So there was not a huge mess.

My design consultant Eileen was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a close that would fit my needs. The install was very fast and the finished closets are very nice

I converted a bedroom to a dressing room and worked with the designer to come up with a design. Once installed, some adjustments were needed on one side, Closet America was easy to work with on the matter and quickly took care of things

I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured.
