Clear Horizon Pools turned our green pool into a crystal clear pool. Their communication through the whole process has been excellent. Dennis and Emily provide amazing care for our pool! Last year we were at a pool store desperately begging for help because our liner fell and they overheard us and offered their help. They not only got us a good deal on a new liner and installation, they replaced our pump for cheaper than other companies. They’ve been loyal and dedicated. They are family oriented and always involve their kiddo. They interact with our kids during the summer when they come to service our pool and always ask about them when we come out to talk to them as they’re taking care of the pool. Hands down the best. We love Emily and Dennis and their family and we couldn’t recommend them enough!!! They go above and beyond for their customers. I’m sure I have annoyed them to no end this last winter because it was our first winter keeping the pool open. But they took amazing care of us and we are swim ready!!! I have had Clear Horizon Pools for 2 years and I can’t say enough about the service. I keep my pool open all year. They not only keep the pool water beautiful they help in the ice storms, the high winds when you pool gets filled with dirt, they have even gone as far as getting us new pool poles, equipment when asked, they have always covered their commitments even if they have to be here on weekends or holidays. Great people with work great work ethic.
