Brad and Zack are very honest and conscientious. They make sure you are happy with the job. Would highly recommend them and definitely hire them again. It's so nice to do business with an honest trustworthy company.

This was the only bid that I received. This was the only HomeAdvisor project where someone did not come out on site before giving an estimate. I should have been more specific in what I expected for dirt. I was thinking top soil. What a received was chunks and rocks, some very large. This was no good for filling in around the patio where the spa was located. The failing retainer wall which I had asked to be added to the project was suddenly off the project. I expressed my disappointment in the work done. They tried to make things right. The dirt around the patio was replaced to my satisfaction. The retainer wall was rebuilt to hold the dirt in place. I did pay additional for the retainer wall.

These guys are true professionals and true to their word. They did exceptional work and exactly what I asked of them. I would truly do business with this company again!

Zach was one of the most conscientious people I've ever worked with. He was very concerned that we were 100% pleased with his company's work and that he bid the job appropriately. In the end the bill was $50 more than the his estimate, which was amazing, as the job took much longer than we originally estimated. They spent a week clearing out our overgrown backyard, removing a patio cover, tree and shrubs, and a shed, including its contents. They did everything from soup to nuts to get the job done, with a crew working in unbearably hot weather. We would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a clear out, clean out, or demolition project.

I hired Zack and his crew to remove my existing roof top deck on my 4 story town house. He was able to get a crew in one week later and got the whole job done in 4hrs One of the deck board got loose and made a dent on the side of my wall stucco during the removal. He took care of it right away with no hassles on my part. Can't say enough good things about his customer service. Highly recommended! I'm so satisfied, I'm going see if he can fix my modified bitumen roof! Great people in this company.

Zach Shipley of Clear Environmental took on the task of removing my extremely large inground swimming pool, filling the cavity and resodding the lawn. He and his crew were very professional in all aspects and he was very "hands-on" throughout the entire process. He was on-site for delivereies and to oversee the work and to keep me apprised of everything that was being done and how the job was progressing. It was a monumental job and he made it as painless as possible at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Clear Environmental to anyone with a home or commercial project.
