Clear and Pure Water

Update: I was told at the installation that we would be able to get replacement filters for the Charger R.O. system they installed online. That was false. I contacted these guys about replacement filters and have been ignored. My wife called them about buying replacement filters and she was ignored too.

I did my research and read all customer reviews, Home Advisor, and I have to say George, the owner, is the Best! We called, he came out, and installed. His crew are phenomenal! I love the fact he is a Veteran and true to his word! He has been in the business for Decades and his pride in his work and company is outstanding! Support local and you will never be disappointed!

Moved to Jarrell, Tx in July 2021. Knew from having lived in Georgetown that we would need a water softener. Googled and called multiple companies but after finding Clear and Pure Water and talking to George Sr I knew I had found the right company to provide my water softener. Went with them not only because their quote was about half of the others I had gotten but also because of George Sr's friendly personality, low pressure sales and the time he spent educating me and making sure he was quoting the right system to meet my needs (no upselling). George Jr did my install and not only was he courteous and friendly but also very knowledgeable and had the system installation complete in less than 2 hours. Fast forward to August 2022, system working with no problems but wanted to have system checked and make sure everything was fine. Called and got hold of George Sr mid-morning on a Monday and told him what I needed and asked when he could get to it and he responded "how about this afternoon". Couldn't believe it. George Sr showed up shortly after lunch, ran the system through all the checks, added chemical for cleaning the system and was done in less than 30 minutes (even gave me a discount on the expensive chemical). You just can't beat that type of service (and done with a smile). Highly recommend this company.

Not only did he save us cost, he provided multiple options, he brought in specialists to look and help diagnose the problems. He was extremely prompt and efficient. Everything was finished in a timely manner. Overall we are very happy with the end result.

Do not do business with this company. I called them to do routine service on my soft water system which they installed. The system was working but just wanted it to remain that way. The son arrived and spent a total of about 15 minutes working on the system. He said that his father would need to come out to do one of the water tests because he could not do it. They charged me $250.00 for this trip. Father came out after repeated calls and said his son had not done a good job and he proceeded to redo the service and said his son had overcharged me. After a few days the system was not working and I called back and they made another trip to replace the water pellet tank and said they would come back to finish the job. I called on Monday to schedule this work and they said we are backing up a trailer and would call back in just a few minutes. I waited 7 days for the call back and never heard a word. They left my garage in a big mess. I will finish the job myself. They want you to think they are just good ol boys trying to make a living but don't be fooled, They are great con artists. Poor work, poor customer service and way over priced. I will never call them again. If I could rate them 0 I would.

I could not wait to come and leave them 5 stars. They just left my house an hour ago. I hired them to install a water softener system in our brand new home. What stood out to me the most is the customer service provided. George Jr. And his wife Jessica came out to do an estimate and first of all they were extremely polite and respectful. Really awesome couple! My husband and I had purchased a cheap system from Home Depot and initially just wanted Clear and Pure to install it for us which they were happy to do, but George Jr. politely asked if I could hear him out. He explained the difference between the system we had already purchased and the system they use in-house. His level of knowledge was amazing and never once did I feel â pressuredâ or like he was just trying to upsell me. He was truly just trying to educate me. And I definitely learned a lot. Iâ m an expecting mother and we also have 3 other children and with the knowledge George Jr. and his wife provided, choosing to go with their in-house system was honestly a no-brainer. My husband and I are confident we made the best decision for our family and our water will be safe for our little ones! Also want to mention that they gave us an excellent price for the system plus installation. We had 2 other estimates done and Clear and Pure blew the other two out of the water (pun intended haha). This proved to us that they are really a family owned company who truly want to provide quality service to their community instead of just looking for a quick and easy dollar. There was a minor issue during the installation process but George Jr. was completely transparent with me and refused to leave until it was resolved. His father, George Sr. ended up coming by the house to assist Jr. and together they were able to get us up and running perfectly. George Sr. was also a pleasure to meet. Both great guys with awesome personalities and so very polite and respectful. We immediately felt a difference in our water! I promise Clear and Pure will meet all your expectations and needs. They are true professionals with years of experience to back them up. Excited to see the long term benefits of the system the provided. Thanks guys!!

They were very responsive. The installation was super fast.

They were extremely helpful even before they came out in helping me to locate the source of the water leakage and turned it off preventing any more water damage.

George was by far the most knowledgeable and honest water softener person I talked to. He gave us multiple options including the one he'd recommend. His son, George Jr., was extremely efficient when installing the water softener and was a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend this company for your water softener needs.

We came to Clear and Pure Water with a need do to skin illness, and even though is not a cure, it soothe it, as well all the benefits that come with having a softener and purification system.
