I need to share my experience with Clear All Rooter. I called them a few weeks ago to replace my 14 yr old water heater. I told them I wanted to use a water heater by Bradford and White. He quoted my $2800.00 for a 50 gallon water. I did not do my due diligence and just said go ahead and replace it. I was kind of stressed at the time. Only later did I realize that the heater cost $1020.00 and I ended up paying $1800.00 for installation which I consider a massive rip off. It is all my fault for not asking upfront about product cost and labor. Dont make the same mistake. I ended up making a home improvement loan to pay it off over the next two years. They did a great job of installation but I dont think it was worth $1800.00. I am a veteran who lives a modest lifestyle and I dont appreciate this type of treatment. Please beware when you use Clear All Rooter. This could happen to you.

We recently had a significant amount of work done by Clear All Rooter Plumbing, and we couldnâ t be more impressed! The scope of work included: New Drains Under the Home: They hand-dug to remove the old cast iron main sewer pipe and drains for two bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry. They replaced everything with new ABS piping, ensuring proper slope and sizing, and pressure-tested the entire system. New Angle Stop and Supply Line: They installed a new quarter-turn angle stop and 20â supply line for the toilet, replacing the old system. New Water Lines and Pressure Regulator: They removed the existing horizontal water lines and installed new PEX water lines under the house, along with a shut-off ball valve, pressure regulator, pressure relief valve, and hose bib. They even opened drywall to inspect a leak and added an access panel, securing everything with pipe clamps and offering a 30-year warranty. Install ABS Clean-Out: They hand-dug and removed the old cast iron pipe, replacing it with a new 3â ABS pipe and a two-way ground-level clean-out, ensuring everything was pressure-tested and the hole was neatly backfilled with native soil. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism was outstanding. We loved that they kept us in the loop at all times, letting us know when the technician was en route and sending us texts with photos of who would be arriving. They even took photos and videos of the work to explain everything in detail, helping us understand what was being done and why. The quality of their work was impeccable. You can't even tell they dug into our front yard! They even went above and beyond by returning to check our gas pipes under the house, concerned there might be a leak. Their expertise is abundant, but when something was outside of their scope, they made knowledgeable and trustworthy referrals. Itâ s clear they care deeply about their customers, treating our home as if it were their own. Plus, the fact that theyâ re a family-run business really shines through in the care they put into every job. On top of all this, they offer financing options, which made the entire process even easier. If youâ re looking for a plumbing company that is professional, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Clear All Rooter Plumbing!

My best experience with a plumbing service! After searching for a licensed, dependable professional service to replace my 20-year old leaky water heater, I finally came across Clear All. Jose, co-owner showed up on time for the estimate. He reviewed with me in detail what was necessary to replace the heater, bring it up to code to install new one, and to take away the existing one. He worked with me on the dollar estimate we could agree upon. Day of service Jose arrived promptly with a smile, and ready to drain the water heater. His two technicians arrived shortly after with my new Bradford White water heater, ready to install. Jose explained everything he was doing, snapped photos of the process. The two technicians were very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. They worked steady, cleaned up the area after installation and thanked me for allowing them to be of service. I could not have been more pleased from start to finish. 5 Stars to Jose and his team. Clear All is a very professional company and my new "go to" for plumbing services. I paid cash as work progressed. Then was in Hospital and nursing home. Could not see work. They demanded payment in full. 4 pages of work on the invoice, maybe half not done. They demanded and put a lien on my house. Son paid, then I see much work not finished or done at all. AGAINST STATE LAW!

"Hey, Dorothy, we do not believe in responding to bad-mouth a customer but since you did not post the full story we will address it in order to preserve our reputation. Let us mention that you did not have anyone living with you at the time during the start of the work. The day you suffered an issue that would lead to your hospitalization let us not forget it was Jose the technician and the owner who found you and helped you. After you were admitted to the hospital we had no way of knowing about your return and although we were done with the work you did not leave us with any payments. When we asked you for payments you gave us two checks that actually bounced and left us wondering if we would ever get paid for the work we fully completed. Months went on and we had no way of knowing where you were staying or how to reach you. Finally, when your son came to visit, he thanked us for getting you some medical help and eventually helped us settle the debt that was owed. Again, for a Lien to be on your home, it was a substantial amount of the balance that was remaining. We hope that telling our story will make any other customers understand that we did not take action out of negativity or harshness for the sake of it, but, because your situation is so rare and unusual."
