This company is the most professional Plumbing company we have ever dealt with! They were responsive, honest, up front with their pricing and when it came time to do the job, they showed up as promised and on time! They were so careful not to destroy our front lawn, they had to dig for the pipe and replace it from our house out to the street and install 2 clean outs. They were fantastic, and great people to work with! So considerate and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Had to have a new water heater put in and cannot say enough on how professional, polite and efficient Jeff was. He called me before he came and got some info and said he was on the way. Jeff did an excellent job and explained everything to me. Will definitely hire back again.

"Thank you for your review. Our technician was actually there for 4 hours, not 2 ½, and we also gave you a 10% discount that you didn't qualify for, because you aren't a senior, nor are you military. Our technican repaired the broken hosebib that you had, and then you requested to have a whole new hosebib installed where there was not one at all (which included locating the water service and then properly insulating on a block wall, and resecuring the landscaping). I'm sure that your 2 new hosebibs work great, but if you have any issues, please let us know. Thanks and have a great day! Liz"

Got everything I needed and installed in less than 12 hours, very professional, always straightforward and to the point. Put in overtime (that I wasn’t charged for) to ensure the job was done right at a very reasonable price for the new water heater. I would definitely call them again!

Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is. Let’s just say I’ll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service.

Prior to water heater arriving Jeff from Clay plumbing called to inquire about the job, he was able to give me a reasonable estimate and we set up an appointment. The job was done Feb 4, 2020. excellent and professional service, neat and clean he also explain the repair. Will definitely use again for other plumbing repairs

Jeff explained to me it was an irrigation pipe that was leaking, he did the necessary repairs as well taped another pipe to protect it from when we have freezes. I do appreciate his explaining and the work he did.

He was very polite and honest. Cleaned up when the job was finished. He had to move a lot of stuff to get to the tank. I told him he could leave it out & I would get my son-in-law to help put it back. He moved everything back into its place. Very pleased customer.
