DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHOW UP!!! I hired Clarity pools for weekly service. Half of the time they skipped out on servicing my pool. When confronted about the issue the pool tech caught an attitude with me and left mid service. He didnâ  t even finish after not showing up for 2 weeks! Heâ  s saying there were times the water level wasnâ  t right which is why the pool wasnâ  t clean. I say if thereâ  s chemicals were In the pool and leaves removed, the water would still have visibility to see through and it would not be green. This company is completely unprofessional and the pool techs lie and say they service the pool when they donâ  t. My job takes me away and I travel a lot so they thought they could get away with skipping out on my service dates. I have multiple text messages asking when someone was coming to service the pool. Many times those texts would go unanswered. I even decided to prorate the payment in November when they didnâ  t show up for 3 weeks. I donâ  t mind paying for serviceâ ¦.but I donâ  t know anyone who likes paying for service they didnâ  t receive. My advice to you is to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY like I did. I would attach screen shots if I could repeatedly asking when he will be coming to service the pool. The crazy part is they act like their doing me a favor when I hired them!!!

"As a company we want to please all our clients. This client has a pool that is not fully functional(the pool is leaking water and there is not timer to turn on the pool)after many attempts to have these issues address none were . We just recently told the client we will no longer be servicing her pool due to those issues. Then she became extremely mad and the review is the result . We really want every pool to be a perfect as possible. However if your roof has a hole in it you're carpets going to get wet. I am sorry she feels this way and hope that she gets the issues with her pool fixed , wishing best of luck to her"
