They were super helpful and responsive. Fabric choices were almost unlimited. Once the fabric was ordered and arrived, the work was done in five days. They picked up my chairs and delivered them for free. Both chairs look wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier. I might have spent less buying new chairs, but I would have spent time, and wasted gasoline, chasing around finding what I wanted.

Citrano upholstery did excellent work reupholstering a sofa and two chairs. I needed the job done on a quick timeline and they were able to accommodate that. They were very easy to deal with and very professional. The finished product looked great.

Work was done in fair amount of time and vendor picked up and delivered sectional sofa. Work was first rate and we were pleased with the final result. There was some confusion in communicating the final price due to an upgrade in the material used to replace the cushions but in the end I was all right with the cost upgrade. Bottom line, the pricing for work are at the upper end of the spectrum but the final results I found to be worth the price.

They performed the work but had to return to take the furniture apart and did not have the proper tools. They needed to borrow some from the homeowner even though they had the opportunity to inspect what was necessary to do the job when they came the first time and could not take the piece because it was too heavy for the workers who came. After inspection they raised the quoted price - the quote was based on photos so they were informed at the time of the request. When the piece was finished they brought the proper tools to install the repaired section.

The chair looks amazing! I would definitely use Citrano again. Making contact was initially difficult. We came during posted hours, and their sign said they were open, but they weren't. I called and left a message, and no one got back to me. A month later I tried calling again, and this time I was successful. They gave me a nice variety of materials to choose from, and their work was professionally done.

Mike is an artist. The sofa I had him reupholster was more than 100 years old and a family heirloom. I wanted someone to treat it with care and respect. They did. They gave me great advice on selecting the fabric. Mike was even able to repair a break in the frame and to locate matching metal footings for the legs. I will use them again for my next project. I thought that his pricing was very fair given the nature of the project.

I selected fabric samples that interested me in the shop. I took them home and decided what would look best on my chairs and with my other furniture. I returned to the store a few days later with my choice and they completed their quote including the cost of the fabric. I agreed and brought in the chairs to be worked on. They were completed less than 10 days later. Citrano will pick up the items in their van/truck if need be. Happy with quality of work. They look great and are comfortable. The office seemed disorganized and cluttered. Showroom staff person seemed new and didn't seem to know much about the business but was cheerful and attentive. No one was in showroom at least once when I came by during business hours. I had to find one of the workers from the back and he was not really able to help.

Citrano Upholstery did a wonderful job for me! I selected a beautiful fabric from them, and they recovered my four dining room chairs very professionally. One chair arm had broken last year, and the repair they did is so good you can hardly see it. Lee Ann and Mike were extremely helpful and very nice to deal with. Reupholstering the four chairs took only about a week! I was extremely pleased with the results, and it saved me from having to buy a new dining room set. I thought their prices were very reasonable, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

They were a good group. They were fantastic and very flexible in working out the delivery. In coming, they picked up the furniture and dropped it off after. They did a bunch of different things. The price was reasonable.

They followed up with an online request for quote within a couple hours. Michael reupholstered my 8ft sofa in under 2 weeks. Quality, speedy work. Looks like it was done by the manufacturer. I would definitely utilize their services in the future for any other upholstery work we have. When the furniture delivers picked up the sofa, Michael called and left me a voicemail that it had been picked up.

We have had Citrano reupholster some chairs for us in the past with great results. So we had them reupholster our over size leather chair when that needed it.. The chair has a unique shape and some unusual lines. The result looks better than new. We will continue to return to Citrano for our future upholstery needs.

The reason I am reaching out to you is because we like to touch base with our guest that may have been less than 100% pleased with our work, our pricing, or those who noted they would not recommend our business. It seems as though you were not perfectly happy and we were curious what could have been done to change the outcome to ensure future recommendations. Great customer service means discovering what may have gone wrong and doing everything we can to repair it. We would love for you to assist us in that!! However, I must ask that you include more details about the nature of the project we did for you. The reason I ask this is because generally in our business we do not coat leather. We are slightly confused about the review due to the fact this is not a job we can take on. We do not have that skill and or the type of workroom required for this type of work. We were wondering if it may be a possibly that the review does not even belong to our business. If there is a request for any type of leather color issue we either recommend a friend who does specialize in that type of work or we purchase new hides of leather and reupholster it completely, again, never a repair, just a recover is all we can offer. Surprisingly they finished it early which I didn't anticipate. The couch is stunning and one-of-a-kind due to their workmanship. Even my husband likes it now! Everyone there is hardworking, talented and customer-service oriented.
