1st thing is I talked to a Mr. Nick, love his accent! 2nd thing, this inspector he sent to inspect soon to be our 1st home Calvin, is his name. was awesome, this inspector was very thorough in his work. He was very careful in taking pictures of everything, he was great. And had no problem in explaining the possible solutions to my husband and I. This company here is dy-no-mite! The price is even reasonable. And they even do Saturdays. Now you canb't beat that!

I was on the fence about getting an inspection on the foundation pre poor inspection. After getting this inspection done it made things so much better. I spent weeks trying to tell my builder what I thought needed to be done with no progress. After this inspection I gave my builder the report and the next day it was getting done. I would not do it again without an inspection with Big 24.

Nick was very professional, he came on time and took his time to check everything in the house, the roof, the attic, the appliances, the electric installation, the H-vac, plumbing, the fence, the foundation. I mean everything. He stayed at the property over two hours. Also I got his report the same day, Nick is a kind of person that he answers every question you might have . I will definitely will hire him if I need another inspection.
