John chandler and his company is the best.What he tells you he will back it up.Good honest people and does vary good work. If I needed some work done that would be the only company that I would call.

We had a section of driveway caving in. John came out (on time!) and removed the old section and poured a new section. They took great care in the finishing work and left the site looking clean and put together. John and his team were polite, professional and did a great job!

The job was removing and replacing a garage floor. They were very timely, courteous, professional, and their quote was competitive. We couldn't have asked for more.

John Chandler saved us from a disaster. We previously hired a concrete guy who left us with a dug out driveway and torn up front yard for 2 months (the promise was 1 week to complete the work). We were duped and gun shy but we found John Chandler and he literally rescued us. He came in and fixed and finished the job in 3 days once the weather allowed AND at a very reasonable price. When someone can fix another's disaster, it proves the superior knowledge base of that person. Such is the case for John. His knowledge coupled with his high work ethic yields a superior product. His crew is professional and treated us like royalty. We are the envy of the neighborhood now. We will definitely re-hire him when we replace our garage floor. Thank you so much, John!

Mr Chandler's crew did a great job at my home. We had a few problems with color of our walkway but Mr. Chandler made it Right! I would recommend Mr. Chandler and his crew to anyone who is looking to have a great professional job done on their property. Workmanship, I give an A+.

Arrived on set date, timely manner. Got to work right away. I asked further questions along the way, all answered to my satisfaction. Good job cleaning up afterwards. Still have some of my own cleanup to do but that was to be expected. Wanted to do that myself. Would hire again if needed.

They were very quality conscious and flexible in their efforts to schedule the work when the weather would not be a detrimental factor. The owner and his employees were very professional and courteous people to work with. There was more work remaining for me to do than I had expected to re-establish the grass along the sides of the new drive. They took a shot at it, but I had to essentially redo it all. The 5 star quality rating is for the driveway only. The bottom line is that it has turned out very well.

I will only use John in the future.He quoted a fair price our project. John had different and better ideas that changed the overall look of our finished job. Started and completed when promised. There were no added hidden upcharges. 4.5 in quality only d/t a crack 1 day after the pour. Crack was credit card width, not on a control joint and went from one side of our 18ft driveway to the other. John immediately scheduled to fix. I am confident that many other contractors would not have been so willing to fix this crack. We paid for materials (not happy about that) and John paid for the labor. Would definitely recommend

John responded timely to our request for a bid and was able to complete the project quickly. He was courteous, professional, and did quality work for a reasonable price. We will use him again soon for a outside patio. Thanks, John!

My husband and i where very pleased with the work John and his crew did .They where quick,efficient and the work was good quality .They went above and beyond for us and offered expert advice when we needed it. We need to install a patio in our back yard and i will be calling John and crew back . Very knowledgeable and great work.Five thumps up.

John called ahead before day of job. John stuck to his original verbal quote even while adding extra to the driveway storm drainage end concrete and going up to the larger 20 inch diameter pipe. Great job, friendly crew. One day job completed on time.

We had Chandler Construction replace an existing patio in February and we are unhappy with the job they did for the following reasons: 1. patio is actually smaller than the original 2. color we ordered (taupe) looks like dried, powdery concrete 3. tore up yard and told us afterwards they dont do landscaping 4. depth of concrete in some areas is not 4.5 inches 5. John said he would come back to look at patio and as yet he has not. 6. worker left construction nails all over the place that I had to go around picking up WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM On a positive note: They were courteous and timely.

John & crew did an excellent and proffessional job completing my driveway. I am a very satisfied.

They were very professional. Mr. Chandler was on time to give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and included everything I wanted done on the project. The crew showed up on the right day at exactly the scheduled time and got to work right away. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, some of my grass was torn up by the large equipment but I guess that is to be expected. I love my new steps and front walkway.
