The installers worked tirelessly to get the task completed in one day. They worked about 11 hours straight through. The work was completed correctly and professionally. The house looks wonderful! The windows are exactly as demonstrated. We are totally satisfied. A little pricey but I was given a great offer due to so many windows and being a veteran. Thank you!

It took longer than was promised due to the holidays but I really love the installers, very efficient and fast and reliable, my windows are exactly how I imagined

I hired them to do all the windows around my house (18) I asked for black windows, all picture windows except for 3 that were to be grated just as they were,. I have a home that was built in the 1890â s so keeping the integrity of the home is important, To make a long horrible story short, the color of all windows were all white and then said I was getting hardy board with the salesman, they decided to charge me for all the wraps around the windows, ALL were picture windows when they showed up, NONE had grates, my new crew was coming the next morning and I did not have time to reorder!! Plus my salesman was an absolute lier and yes they have private contractors ALSO, the men that installed my windows did not put one of my windows straight, it was crooked and the same 2 windows are not straight as you look at them from the side, my windows above my doors were 2 inches off, which I had to pay my new crew to take them out and PUT them over the doors so they were straight, None of my windows were touched from the outside, they did nothing around my windows to make them new and remove old material making them all look unfinished. Again I had to pay my crew to fix them and finish them, I went as far up as the DM and all I asked was some off of my bill for the whole nightmare and their answer was to SEND THE SAME MEN BACK AGAIN, obviously already not happy with me, and left the job as if it was finished, and would not help me at all!! I WILL BE CALLING MY LAWYER and that is not my thing but this was hours of no help and THEY DO NOT CARE about their work, I am so glad I had people to help me BECAUSE CHAMPION WINDOWS CAN NOT BE BOTHERED! It is sad really.

For the price they charge I could of gotten better quality windows. They charge as if their windows were good quality. I can only hope that a strong storm or wind doesn't break my windows if you knock on the windows they feel and sound cheap. In my opinion they charge way too much for non quality windows

Installation Crew was friendly. However, project manager and higher ups not the best to deal with. Some issues caused by installation didn?t want to correct. Still have some inside damage that was not corrected/fixed

Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone after you pay. After making the down payment we heard nothing for about 2 months, which they told us to expect since materials and workers affected by covid. We began to reach out at the 2 month mark and no one would call us back. we had to call and select the option to make an appointment for an estimate just to get someone on the phone. then the project manager left the company and no one picked up my project. it took about 5 months to get the siding on my house. they wrote up the contract wrong, I did not catch it, no siding on my soffits. fine, took about a week to get the sales man back on the phone. ordered the material for the soffits in mid February. Now the sales man has left the company and we are back in the same boat where we cant get anyone on the phone. Caveat emptor!

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional a pleasure to meet. I was warned about the possibility of delays due to supply shortages but my windows and patio door were installed within 6 weeks and are beautiful. I am completely satisfied.

Thanks to Champion we now have 39 beautiful new windows in our home. The installers did a great job and cleaned and hauled away all debris. We are very pleased with the quality of their product and would recommend Champion to others.

Only issue is missing window cranks, still do not have them.

My husband selected Champion. They offered a lower rate than my preferred company of Visionaire. I didn't get any shutters with Champion but I am still overall happy with using the company. I felt pressured to purchase but my husband said he didn't. He saw what the windows offered and provided and just wanted them. But if the salesman left our house with the sale, the offered would not have been available. So to me that's pressure. Contact Champion last so they can beat the other offers you received. The windows are great and I see a difference. The window demonstration is the WOW factor.

I had 2 windows installed and the molding is very much different than the rest of the house. According to the sales person the window frame suppose to be like the existing Windows. They states they do not paint which left the window looking a mess. If you are paying this much for a window it should be done to completion. The window is not sealed somewhere because little small insects are coming through the Kitchen window. One of the Window glass is cracked from the inside of the frame which I am sure it is for all the banging to fit the window. The glass on the Kitchen window does not seem as thick as the other window from the interior. I am still waiting for them to come out and replace the glass which the last time I spoke to someone at Champion it was for February,2019. The Windows blocks the sun temperature very well. Do not expect these Windows to be like your existing Windows. I expected a complete window installation.

My window installers did a fantastic job. Very professional, skilled craftsmen. Wish I hadnâ t waited so long to replace my windows.

Professionals from the start of my project with the sales person; to the end of the project the actual workers. With the weather issues (in the Atlanta area) they were able to work around that issue and complete my project within a reasonable time frame.

Overall, quality was great. The only issue we had was they grossly underestimated the completion time. In our case it was double the estimated time.
