I hired Andy to clean a couch our dog urinated on. I enjoyed our conversation waiting for the enzyme cleaner to do its job. He was very thorough. Our couch looks amazing.

Andy came on time and set a plan for my situation. I have a little dog that doesn’t always go potty outside😞 he told me exactly what he planned to do and carpets look great. Fast drying is also a plus. After he explained that if the stains reappear that he would change the formula for pretreatment next time. His price was fair and he took his time to do the work. I’d hire him again without hesitation. Highly recommend andy. He’s a good person and clearly cares about the quality of his work.

I have a loveseat that smelled strongly of cat urine. My beloved older kitty had lost control of his bladder and had peed on my loveseat. I called around to get estimates and some were high and the ones that were not said they probably couldn't get out all of the smell. I thought I'd try Angie's list and called a few listed there. Andy was the first to get back with me. He was reasonable, very friendly and polite, and said he could take care of the urine smell for me. We decided on a day and time (he was very busy) for him to come over and clean my furniture. He was early and only took less than an hour to finish the job. My loveseat looked fantastic and smelled fresh with no hint of cat urine!! I was very satisfied with a job well done! I highly recommend Andy and will definitely call on him again.

Andy explained the process of cleaning a wool rug with our first conversation. It was obvious he knew his trade well. He gave me a solid price for his skilled service right away. Andy was prompt and timely picking up our 5 by 8 rug transporting it to his shop. He returned with our cleaned rug in less than 2 weeks. Our rug has a renewed bright and colorful appearance. We are very pleased with it is appearance and appreciate the time and effort Andy spent with our rug. I appreciate Andy and recommend him to anyone in need of restoring/cleaning a classic wool oriental rug.
